  • Cut-off times are based on the experience’s local time.
  • This experience requires good weather. If it’s canceled due to poor weather, you’ll be offered a different date or a full refund.

Amazing experience as far as being up parasailing and customer service. The guys that work there really want to make sure you got your monies worth. Please advise, don't go if you easily get sea sick, a few people on tour threw up. However, they all said the had a good time. High recommend

Canceled on us when other companies were still going up

They canceled on us at last minute - due to weather - yet we saw other parasailers out. :-(. My son’s first time to Hawaii and it’s the one thing he desperately wanted to do / picked as his special thing to do. As it was our last day there we didn’t get to do it and ended up spending the dsy in the airport instead. Very disappointing

It is a little freaky when you first go up...I was too scared to let go of the straps. I should have asked if I would fall backwards...my son flew his arms out and had a blast and he didn't fall back. Truly a blast!

The company did not fulfill what it promised ! I took my family of 3 and I paid almost $400 (including ticket + fuel charge + photos) for a tour that lasted 25 minutes. Our flight was very fast and there were only us and one other person on the tour, so when we asked why the tour ended so quickly if it was supposed to last 1 hour, we were told that the boat was empty. We were very frustrated because it appears on the website that the estimated time is approximately 1 hour, so it's not our fault if the company didn't sell enough tickets.

Wow! Amazing Safe & Fun Parasailing

So much fun!! We had an absolutely wonderful time! Jason and Daniel were highly professional; we felt completely safe the entire time. These guys definitely know what they're doing on the water and with regard to parasailing safety. Jason captained the boat (and the tow line) with expertise. Daniel ensured that all passengers were safely harnessed and took amazing photos of each group. Ten out of ten!! I wish I could go again. Definitely one of the major highlights of our trip. Convenient to those visiting Honolulu via cruise ship.
