  • A minimum of 2 people per booking is required

  • Long pants and covered shoes are recommended; bring a light jacket if the weather is cold

Cancellation Policy

You can cancel up to 24 hours in advance of the experience for a full refund.

  • For a full refund, you must cancel at least 24 hours before the experience’s start time.
  • If you cancel less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded.
  • Any changes made less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time will not be accepted.
  • Cut-off times are based on the experience’s local time.
  • This experience requires good weather. If it’s canceled due to poor weather, you’ll be offered a different date or a full refund.

We booked in advance...

We booked in advance trail and automatically said we would only walk because one of us only rode 4 times, we only estimated fourth but it probably was more than that and they wouldn’t even allow us to try and trot. It was a little boring but great views. Our time was cut really short as well, we booked for two hours only rode for about an hour and 20 minutes.

Aloha, We are so sorry that you did not enjoy your ride as much as anticipated. Our advanced ride policy is listed very clearly on our website. we require at least 5 previous rides to do anything more than a walk. As much as we would love everyone to have a wonderful time at the ranch, our main priority is the safety of our guests and horses. Because our advanced ride questionnaire was filed out saying that you had only ridden 4 times, unfortunately we had to keep a walking pace for the safety of the guests on tour. Mahalo.
