The airport greeting representative was very nice. However, this was originally couched as an airport pickup with lei greeting (the post even originally had a photo of a blue van instead of the woman with the lei). It is only a lei greeting. So, we spent $80 to get two flower leis and had to spend another $60 to get to our hotel in a taxi. The vendor should remove anything related to "pickup" in the description. It seems like some of this has been reworded already.

Took GRANDDAUGHTER on her first trip to the island and wanted to surprise her. She was surprised. The tour person texted me prior to departing the flight telling exactly where she would be and what to look for. She took pictures, assisted us with our luggage and directed us to the rental car. All was excellent. The flowers were beautiful.

Flowers are fresh not the Hawaiian welcome we were expecting a happy welcome from the staff. Woman was behind a booth with a sign and handed leis out. For the price wish we got a little more.

Good service. Not worth the extra money for Tuberose Leis.

Overall as expected. Have used the service before when coming to Hawaii, however I paid extra for the tuberose, which has always been very fragrant in the past, but these were only mildly fragrant and disappointing in that regard.
