Outstanding!
I was fortunate enough to have a private lesson with Juan who is an excellent teacher. As a beginner in mixology, I learned many techniques that I began using immediately after returning home.

The class was fun and informative. Our teacher was experienced and passionate about teaching us the proper way to make Mezcal cocktails.
My only suggestion would be that they served some sort of snack, because I got too drunk with four cocktails and no dinner.
