Thank you for being prompt and keeping us safe on both the trips...from Airport to the hotel and from hotel back to the airport. Very comfortable vans , though were just two and probably did not need a big van. Thanks for accommodating our request with the flight change and then having to wait at the airport with the delay caused in getting our baggage. Much appreciated. I would recommend this service anytime you plan for a OAX trip....

Reliable and easy

Airport transfer was extremely reliable and easy. Driver was waiting in arrivals hall with a sign and easy to find. Return trip to airport was at 4:15 am - despite early hour the driver was right on time outside the hotel. Had a large size van each direction, clean and with seatbelts. Would definitely use again next time in Oaxaca.

Bad customer service

Our plane was delayed and we could not arrive on the date chosen. I tried to contact both Viator (by email) and the company (by WhatsApp) to cancel our reservation as soon as I knew that we would not arrive with no response from either. We were still charged for the service even though we did not use it. Very bad business practice

The reservation remains open on Viator, which is why they charged you. Slow replies, unhelpful, and rude

This company was very slow to respond to messages (sent through the Viator app) and they did not help me when I had to change flights and arrive at a different time even though I offered to pay twice (and frankly, their response was rude). I ended up taking a taxi from the official airport taxi stand - it was cheap, safe, and efficient so I recommend just using a taxi instead.

Reliable Tranfers

We booked the round trip transfer and would highly recommend. Driver was waiting for us outside of customs with our name and took us to Airbnb and then picked us up exactly on time for our transfer back to the airport. Drivers were friendly and they confirmed a day in advance for both trips.

This company and Luis Felipe left my elder parents and I stranded on Christmas Day

Please avoid booking with this dishonest company, Paraíso Huatulco and Luis Felipe, as they left my elder parents and me stranded on Christmas Day, nearly causing us to miss our flight back home. Initially, I arranged a pick-up from Oaxaca Airport to the hotel, and that went smoothly. However, two days before, I realized I hadn't booked a round-trip transportation and mistakenly purchased another trip—Airport to Hotel instead of Hotel to Airport. Despite specifying our pick-up location and drop-off at Oaxaca Airport and receiving confirmation for a pick-up at our hotel from Viator and the company. I even confirmed via WhatsApp that it was for our departure flight. On Christmas Eve, Paraíso Huatulco connected us with their partner, Luis Felipe, who claimed our ticket was invalid and insisted on another purchase for Hotel to Airport. Refusing a refund for the previous purchase, he argued it was not valid for our hotel pick-up, despite confirmation from Viator and Paraíso Huatulco. Viator agents and I attempted to contact the company for two days yielded no response Paraíso Huatulco. Their dishonesty and greed made our Christmas Eve and Christmas Day stressful in Oaxaca, especially needing a 6:30 AM pick-up on Christmas for our early morning flight. They never showed up on Christmas for our pick up, so our hotel host arranged a last-minute taxi for us at a fraction of the company's cost—only 300 pesos from Centro Oaxaca to the Airport. I strongly caution anyone considering booking with this company to reconsider. Our experience was marred by their dishonesty, unreliable service, and disregard for customers' needs. Save yourself the stress and inconvenience by seeking a more reputable and trustworthy transportation service in Oaxaca. We are fighting for a refund as they never showed up to pick us up at our confirmed pick up. I urge everyone not to entrust their money to this dishonest and greedy company. Their lack of integrity and customer care is appalling, and supporting such unethical practices only perpetuates their irresponsible behavior.

We dispatched a white Volkswagen Jetta driven by Antonio, who arrived promptly, 15 minutes before the agreed-upon time. According to his report, he found you waiting outside the hotel at the provided pickup location. We are pleased to hear that the airport transfer went smoothly, and we appreciate the tip of 400.00 Mexican pesos that you provided. We understand that there was an initial misunderstanding related to an error in the reservation you made. The departure date being announced before the arrival date caused confusion, and the reservation was also made outside of office hours, at 9:24 PM. Reservation systems can reject payments to the provider due to errors, and despite this, our manager in the city of Oaxaca made the decision to accept the last-minute reservation and dispatch the mentioned vehicle. We want to clarify that, while we understand your request for cancellation, we cannot process it as the service was successfully completed. We appreciate your understanding and hope that this explanation sheds light on the events. We value your choice of our service and look forward to the opportunity to provide you with a more satisfactory experience in the future. Best regards.
