We understand that there was an initial misunderstanding related to an error in the reservation you made. The departure date being announced before the arrival date caused confusion, and the reservation was also made outside of office hours, at 9:24 PM. Reservation systems can reject payments to the provider due to errors, and despite this, our manager in the city of Oaxaca made the decision to accept the last-minute reservation and dispatch the mentioned vehicle.
