The service is from Monday to Sunday. It is important that you indicate your flight number and the airline, for your return flight. One of our agents will be in contact with you to schedule your pick-up time and take you to the airport. At arrivals, we will be waiting with your name written on a sheet or the cell phone screen. For the return, from the hotel to the airport, the pick up is two hours before the departure time. You coordinate it with our office.

This review is for “Enjoy Oaxaca”. The driver was waiting for us at the airport (with our name displayed on a sign) outside the Customs area. He was courteous, professional and promptly took us to our hotel. We booked a round trip shuttle. I’ll let you know about the return trip to airport.

The first driver was late but kind. So, I missed out on a tour I had booked that evening. The 2nd driver was terrific. On time, friendly, and came into the hotel. The service is excellent. They confirm your to and from and ensure that what you wrote and your needs were confirmed. They are of great value, and I would use them again.

Wonderful service. They were so thorough and prompt with any questions I had through WhatsApp and let me know clear instructions about my pickup. I was traveling alone and my flight was early, but Oscar was waiting for me with a banner on his phone with my name on it in the airport. Highly recommend, especially for solo and female travelers.

Excellent service. Both Oaxaca Shuttle and Viator. I highly recommend both. Shuttle service was on top of 2 hr delayed flight. Recommend both.

The driver (Oscar) was really great! He brought the headphones that were accidentally left behind during our initial pickup at the airport when we first landed (through the same company, Enjoy Oaxaca, but with a different driver). AND, he went even further because someone in the group accidentally took the hotel key (which was an actual key with a custom leather keychain), and Oscar was kind enough to take it back to the hotel after he dropped us off at the airport, and he even took a photo of him giving the key back and sent it to me. Greatly appreciate his service!

amazing experience with Viator. Starting off with the simple fact that they were able to work with me after our airline changed our arrival time. I was communicating with them so fast and easy and made me feel safe. When we arrived they were waiting for us outside the airport with our name. They have big nice vans that are super comfortable and fresh. I was stressing out about who would take us from the airport to the hotel and back until i stumbled on viator website. LOVE THEM! they even text you and remind you about your pick up. which was AWESOME!

The driver met us at the gate and was friendly and professional and gave us recommendations of places to try in Oaxaca. I was contacted to confirm days in advanced, by Ariana who let me know where we'd be greeted and what to look for. Looking forward to getting our ride back to the airport with them in a few days.

Very easy to coordinate pickup and dropoff times.
Friendly drivers who assisted with luggage, offered recommendations, etc.
