Our guide was so great. He gave us very good instructions on how to use the Segway and then he took us on a great trip of a different area of the island. It’s crazy how it’s such a desert from palm beach area. Saw where the Atlantic goes into the Caribbean. And how rough the water was. But the air was so fresh being away from the hotels.

Emailed the company to confirm where pick up would be as we were on a cruise, they replied very quickly with information on where they would meet us and what time. They were there on time and drove us about 15 minutes to where the Segways were kept and met our guide Michael. He went through the safety stuff with us and we were able to show him we had used a Segway before and both comfortable using them. The only down side was not only did we have to wear helmets and hi-viz jackets, which we get, we also had to wear knee and elbow pads, a bit of an over kill really, but get why for those who haven’t used a Segway before. The 2 hour tour took us down to the beach, to the lighthouse where we stopped for photos and refreshment's and Michael told us the history of the lighthouse, then off road along the coast path and another stop at a beach hut, where he got us a free drink as we were off a cruise ship, before heading back to the storage hut. All in all a good glide whilst looking at amazing views and some beautiful houses. Michael then dropped us back at the port.

The Segway tour was the highlight of our trip. Great guide, lots of fun and well-maintained equipment. A great way to experience the highlights of the islands from a different perspective. I recommend this tour to everyone

Going up the lighthouse was nice but the segway tour itself was not exciting. They are refulated to go very slow. If you are ok with going super slow then it works but my husband and I did not enjoy it. Our guide was fine and did a good job the activity itself was just not one I would recommend your time doing.

Went only a mile or so on a busy road. Then dropped off at a beach and didn't go to lighthouse. No discussion before we departed regarding the change in itinerary. We would not have gone if we knew we would not experienced the entire advertised excursion.

When we arrived, the place was pretty run down, but our pickup driver and our guide Richard were very nice and polite. Richard led us up to the lighthouse, told us some Aruba facts and we stopped at one of their company run restaurants/bar on our return. Richard kindly bought us a soda and we enjoyed the location for about 15-20 minutes and continued back. What is somewhat unusual is you are traveling on the road most of the tour when there is a much safer sidewalk that could be used. All and all a nice Segway run. Thank you Richard.

My husband and I have done several Segway tours in various locations. We think it's one of the best ways to see a lot in a short period of time, while also having a lot of fun. The 'vehicles' are easy to operate and are very quiet/peaceful. This tour didn't disappoint. We stopped at a few locations en route to the lighthouse: a small shipwreck near land that sticks out of the water and a monument that's been erected for it (and some ghostly folklore about it), a roadside pull-off to watch pelicans, and one of the local beaches. Once at the lighthouse, you can pay $5.00 to climb to the top for photos. The view is great! Our tour guide was sweet, patient, and attentive.

One of the Best Segways

We have Segwayed in Grand Cayman, Nassau, and Freeport and this was the best tour so far. Our Guide Rene took us for a long drive along the beach then up to the California lighthouse. We made 3 or 4 10 minute stops so he could give us some history of the location so that our time on the Segway was over 2 hours. We arrived on a cruise ship and Although they normally pickup at hotels we were picked up at the Citco station at the end of the pier. Very convenient. We would do this tour again in Aruba

Been wanting to try segways forever, finally got the opportunity, LOVED it. Received about 10-15 minutes of instructions from my guide, Mr. M, can't pronounce or remember his name. He was amazing, patient and very easy to talk to and asked if I needed breaks so i could relax...which I did here and there as my feet fell asleep as I'm a 62 year old woman. It takes some getting used to balancing when going up and/or down a hill. An amazing tour as he explained things along the way. So worth it...and I'm glad I can finally erase this off my bucket list.

We were met as promised near the ship and driven a few miles to the Segway location. We met our guide, Thomas, were given safety equipment, and quickly took off. The journey was beautiful and easy along gorgeous beaches. We stopped for refreshments and a bathroom visit on our way to the lighthouse. It was a glorious journey in every respect! Do this!
