Abysmal customer service

I was stranded at the airport with a two year old because they called the wrong number to confirm. Even though I messaged the driver and customer service several times though the app and via email. They called the wrong number on file to confirm “EVEN THOUGH YOU HAD MY EMAIL AND I HAD BEEN CHATTING WITH THE DRIVER AND CUSTOMER SERVICE THROUGH THE APP”. Because they could not confirm from that number they refused to pick me up. I was left with a screaming toddler in the air port and customer service hung up on me three times.

Very disappointed!

The drive never showed up they cancelled on us and never gave us warning. We called the driver and they said the car was cancelled with no explanation. I am just hoping to get my money back. Called 800 number on site and they hung up on me 3 TIMES. Called number from my bank and I was finally able to get a hold of someone.

The booking process was easy and was kept informed throughout. Was sent text with driver name and phone number 48 hours before. On the the day our driver Jimmy messaged and kept us up to date with times he would be and where pick would be. Jimmy was very friendly and also informative on the drive to the hotel pointing out various places of interest.

I called couple a time looking for a Shuttle from Orlando to Port Canaveral. I called couple of places and what i liked that this was going to be able to pick us up al 12 AM . I specify that i need that time because my plane was getting there at that time. I was always told that yes that was going to be possible. I made reservation and Paid. i called like 3 times to confirm and i was always told everything was good. I trusted what i was told and because it was a relivable company from comments. I traveled when I got to airport and picked our luggage it was a 10 person trip. I open my phone and find a message that was sent during my flight, because it was an 5 hour flight since we came from las Vegas, that there were not such a flight and that that flight didn't fly that day. I called the number never got a respond I texted that number saying that we were there that the flight was right, never got a respond. We were 10 people with luggage at 12:30 AM. we Tried calling other numbers finally we got answer and gave other numbers to call. then after many searching and waiting in line we were told that the trip was not available only if we paid 300 dollars more that would be the only way for them to pick us up. Then after arguing and talking they said it was because the company gave us the wrong quote. We were told this after months of the reservation. We were till 330 AM because we need it big trucks That was why i made the arrangement to make sure we had enough space. Terrible service I received this E mail telling me that I was cancelled on 6/25/22 when i was at the cruise. could see it until i got home. think if this is a relivable service and company
