Please follow directions below for your pickup directions. If Picking up from the Orlando International Airport: Once you get off the plane and collect your luggage, please give your driver a call. Your driver will direct you on where to meet him. This is a shared shuttle service that picks up at the airport and surrounding hotels. Once all passengers are aboard the shuttle it takes between 45 - 60 minutes to get to Port Canaveral. Please understand that we do drop off at different terminals in the Port. If picking up from Port Canaveral Cruise terminal: Once you go through customs please give your driver a call. You will meet the driver in the general passenger pickup area of the terminal you are in. This is a shared shuttle service that picks at all Port Canaveral Cruise Terminals. We stop at various terminals to pickup our passengers. We start loading 5-10 minutes prior and post pickup times. Once all passengers are aboard the shuttle it takes between 45 - 60 minutes to get to the Orlando International Airport.

Don’t use

The experience was awful. I expected a shuttle. We were picked up in a minivan that the motor was knocking, the windshield was cracked, and the check engine light was on. I was told that they had a larger group book so he had to use this vehicle, which is totally unacceptable considering I paid $170

We do apologize for sending you a vehicle for just you and your party. We thought you would be more comfortable however we were wrong. I’m not sure what the complaint is about, we sent you a vehicle just for you and your party so that you didnt have to squeeze in with the bigger group. The windshield is cracked because of rock that hit it, which happens all the time down here in Florida. The motor isn’t knocking, and there isn’t a check engine light on.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS, WORST TRANSPORTATION EXPERIENCE I'VE EVER HAD

Worst experience I have ever had. The bus was 40 mins late to pick us up. The vehicle was old, had stains on the roof and seats, air conditioning did not work. They literally rented a U-Haul hitch attached to the car to put our luggage's. Driver then proceeded to throw my luggage and broke the handle, then when I confronted him about it, he said it was already broken (it was the first time we used it, so I KNOW it was not). Refused to drop us off at our terminal C at the airport. Said the airport did not allow him to drop off there, which was a complete lie, I triple checked that with airport employees. Please do yourself a favor and avoid this at all costs.

Thank you for your review. Our vehicle arrived on time between 9am - 9:30am. The oldest vehicle we have is a 2017 ford transit. We do rent U-Haul to put the luggage in the trailer which is connected to our van. Luggages are being handled by people at the port and then gets to us, we have no control over broken luggage. When our customers book it is said that we pickup and dropoff at terminal A.

The driver was very rude that picked us up at the port! I called him 3 times to find his location while we were waiting at the port. Each time he said he was 5 minutes away! Showed up an hour later! Not a good experience! But on the upside the lady that picked us up at the airport to give us a ride to the hotel was awesome. Texted us when she was enroute to the airport and texted us which slot she was in! She was very friendly. Awesome experience!

Very convenient and affordable shuttle service from La Quinta Inn and Suites North Airport to the Port Canaveral Cruise Ship terminals. Saved a lot of time and effort by not having to take a hotel shuttle to the airport to transfer to a different Airport-to-Cruise Ship Terminal shuttle.

We ordered a shuttle from our Orlando airport to our cruise. We received a call from the driver who told us he would be at our hotel 40 minutes earlyier than our scheduled time. We rushed to get ready and checked out. He then showed up an hour later, 30 mins later than our scheduled time. I get things run late but do t tell us to be ready an hour before you show up if you have zero ability to get there at that time

We were picked up from the port a little earlier than expected. Our driver was very couteous. He loaded our seven pieces of luggage. Safely drove us to the Orlando Airport. We arrived in plenty of time to catch our plane. Our driver unloaded our luggage. He was very patient and kind.
