Please follow directions below for your pickup directions. If Picking up from the Orlando International Airport: Once you get off the plane and collect your luggage, please give your driver a call. Your driver will direct you on where to meet him. This is a shared shuttle service that picks up at the airport and surrounding hotels. Once all passengers are aboard the shuttle it takes between 45 - 60 minutes to get to Port Canaveral. Please understand that we do drop off at different terminals in the Port. If picking up from Port Canaveral Cruise terminal: Once you go through customs please give your driver a call. You will meet the driver in the general passenger pickup area of the terminal you are in. This is a shared shuttle service that picks at all Port Canaveral Cruise Terminals. We stop at various terminals to pickup our passengers. We start loading 5-10 minutes prior and post pickup times. Once all passengers are aboard the shuttle it takes between 45 - 60 minutes to get to the Orlando International Airport.

Cons: I have transfered from the cruise terminal to the airport in the last 9 months. With that being said this was a very poor experience. Through viator I called to confirm my reservation was accurate from the questions asked on location pick up .It was a little confusing and when speaking with someone they also seemed confused but were helpful. The day of pick up was a lack of information of shuttle vs van service and company providing services. The name of company for pickup was texted to me the 1 hour prior to pick up. I tried to call back and got a text message stating I will call you back and never recieved a call back. The van literally arrives anytime between the hour and 30 minutes. The company or driver did not give any information about where pick up would be. My husband flagged down a blue Ford with no name or label of company on it and luckily it was the actual transportation for us. The driver stayed on phone giving the next pickup exact directions and stayed on phone with them until he picked them up. I would have taken an uber and got the driver photo, name, car make and model and an accurate arrival time. It was over all not professional. Pro: I reached my destination.

Bad planning on my part after a cruise, had a 3 hour wait until pick up and I called to see if there was a possibility of an earlier pick up. We got picked up an hour and a half early. So thankful for them moving up our pick up time. We will definitely use this service again.

We were not picked up. When we contacted Viator they contacted the tour company they used and were told the bus had been at a different terminal. We would have to wait 2 hrs. for the next pick up. That would have had us miss our flight. We asked for a refund and Viator said the tour company said they contacted us and we did not respond. Both Viator has washed their hands of the refund saying we have to get the refund from the tour operator they use and the tour operator (Rapha Tours) in Orlando Florida says we have to prove to them that we were at the port terminal on time when they were there to pick us up. What would we call to see if they were running late and if they were still coming to pick us up if we were not there waiting for them. Both Viator as well as the Tour Company put the blame on us and have both refused to refund us the fee we paid. They blame us and we then had to book a taxi to get us from Port Canaveral to Orlando Airport to get our flight home.

I'd give transport driver Reese a million stars. He was polite, helpful, courteous, & we had a great conversation (I sat in the front seat on my return trip) on the way to the airport. He really represents the company well. If the company can keep him, they should definately try. Give him Sundays off to go to church & be with his family.

I was very disappointed in the service. When we were finally picked up, 25 minutes late, I was crammed into a back seat where I had to sit on the seat belt clasp for 45 minutes. I don’t recommend this company if you want to travel in comfort.

1st leg- from Orlando to port was fine with good communication and punctuality. Coming back, was stressful because was not clear what was going on or where to wait. Many calls later, our driver was upset with us for allegedly not following his instructions. Unpleasant experience made worse by trafffic

The fact that the van was going to be a hour late. I ended up taking a private taxi. Originally I was told 45 to 50 minutes late. 30 minutes later I called the office. Typical. “”I have no control over what happens, I’m just an office person”. I found at he was at another hotel and had one other prior to coming to my hotel. I will contest the credit card charge. I will review on Yelp and complain to the BBB. Dreadful experience. On a brighter note, my cab driver was a great guy.

Inexpensive transportation

We didn't know around the cruise terminal so it was impossible, stressful & tiring to find the van. Once in the van, the trip was pleasant. The drop off at a general airport door resulted in a long walk. Overall, it's a fair price.

Not a direct shuttle or main service

Booked a direct shuttle from port Canaveral to MCO following a cruise. Shuttle was provided by a subsidiary called Rapha Transportation. The trip was not direct! Was taken to Sanford airport first to drop off another passenger. Total drive time was almost 2 hours for what should have been a 45 minute trip. Additional stop was never communicated to us and was only told of it when I questioned why we turned away from MCO. Van was old and rattled. Should have booked GoPort or Airport Canaveral. Viator does not have a dedicated space where the other main shuttles park. Was under the impression that they were one of the larger shuttle services there, but they are not.

It’s unfortunate it works the way it does. I booked the day prior and they were able to confirm and take my money but an hour later cancelled my trip. I understand it was a late booking but should not be able to book if it’s too late.

Adequate Ride

Received a text that pickup would be between 11:15 and 11:30 AM. Driver did not arrive until 11:45 and had only picked up one family head of us. We still had to make a couple more stops. The van sounded like it was about to lose the transmission. We made it to our destination okay, but our experience could have been better.

The driver was very nice. However, it took two hours for a 45 minute drive to get to the port. We made numerous stops. The bus was so full that kids had to sit on their parents lap very unsatisfied with this experience I canceled my return trip and took an urber , only $15.00 more and only took 25 minutes

Called. Went to a random voicemail. Called back. Gentleman sent text with number. Voicemail to that was all in Spanish. Unfortunately I don’t speak Spanish well at all. I called the office again. Was given different information and new number. No response to text. Waited over an hour. Then got calls and texts from office and two different drivers. Two grey vans show up and drivers are both relaying that we should go with them. We finally were on our way, dropped off people at another terminal. Van was cold, cold air coming down from hole in the ceiling. Driver dropped us off at a different terminal than our flight. On a good note: driver was friendly, made the effort not to argue with other driver.
