Operating hours normally begin at 9:00 a.m. and closing times vary between 6-10 PM depending on date and seasonality. Universal’s Volcano Bay operating hours normally begin at 10:00 a.m. and closing times vary between 6-8 PM depending on date and seasonality. Please note: Park Hours are subject to change.

      I bought park to park tickets. We didnt get to go to the other park because it closed earlier and we mistakenly thought we were in the park that closed later. Universal refunded my friend her money for the park we did not get to go to and could not give me a refund because they were bought through Viator. He did say viator should issue a refund because they could see we did not go to the other park. However, they were not helpful and said they could not issue a refund. Also the ticket prices were way more expensive on viator then just buying them at the park. I understand their policy but as a courtesy they should have circumstances that they issue refunds, especially since the park itself issues refunds. I will never use this site again and warn others not to as well. Things come up and you dont want to be out 700 dollars if you dont have to be.

      Well we were all excited to book through viator and get a 10 percent rebate or refund that we can get until we took our trip. But when we got back they only refund like 2 percent

      The “Harry Potter Hogwarts Adventure” ride was too intense for us! Also, we regret the timing of our visit ~ we want to return, but it will be in Feb/March or Oct/Nov. Personnel and shops were great.

      Only had a one day pass and saw as much as i could. But going to have to come back and do a 2 or 3 day trip. There is so much to see and do for everyone

      The park said I should have a confirmation #, but on the voucher it was a booking #. WE waited from 9:00-3:15 for Viator to get a person to straighten the whole mess out. I went throught 4 different people plus I called back 3 times after being disconnected. The day was over with by then and enduring long lines at Guest Relations in the hot sun. Surely, my patience was wearing thin. This place was NO help at all. Viator also continued to try to talk me out of a refund. Just buy tickets at the gate instead of going through Viator. That was a disappointing experience especially when you've ready for the excitement in the amusement park.

      The cost a bit much, to get in and to eat. Too many people lines so long wait on most over an hour. Then poured rain lighting and thunder stopped rides some for the day some opened on and off.

      The tickets are over priced and we had to present our vouchers at the kiosk which was having problems. That didn't work so after standing in that line for awhile we had to stand in the Guest Services line for awhile. It took an hour to get our tickets.
