Q:What is the best time to visit Universal Orlando Resort?
A:Universal Orlando currently has limited capacity due to enhanced safety procedures. There are times when the capacity is reached and additional guests can't be admitted. We recommend visiting on a weekday when attendance tends to be lighter.

Q:What are the park's operating hours?
A:Universal Studios Florida and Universal's Islands of Adventure are open 365 days a year. Operating hours normally begin at 9:00 a.m. and closing times vary between 6-10 PM depending on date and seasonality. Universal’s Volcano Bay operating hours normally begin at 10:00 a.m. and closing times vary between 6-8 PM depending on date and seasonality. Please note: Park Hours are subject to change.

First time at universal studios really enjoyed it. Harry Potter was my favorite. Also enjoyed the men in black

The Harry Potter rides were fantastic! But I don’t like roller coasters and I didn’t know Hagred’s motorcycle ride was a roller coaster. They had to call the paramedics when I got off the ride because I felt like I was going to pass out. It took about a half hour for me to be able to stand up & walk.

Customer service terrible. No changes to a ticket once paid. Couldn’t use ticket at the park n called customer service and got no support

Expensive, confusing as far as which park is which. Horror Nights was going on so things were being blocked off early and lines of those people were all along the street starring at us

Great price and great way to buy universal tickets. Although the tickets aren't given directly, it only took a minute to get the tickets once in Universal. No issues at all, easy and great experience. We both enjoyed our days in the parks and we had no problem at all with Viator as our ticket providers.

Let me clarify why I wouldn't recommend. The park is great, we did upgrade to park to park when we got there. I have teenage kids and we love thrill rides, this was not the place for us. They do have a few thrill rides spread between the parks but it is expensive. If you want to enjoy just rides, stick to Busch gardens, Cedar Point, and Six Flags. Universal Studios in my view is for families with young children who enjoy moderate-feeling rides.

Not a good experience at all many rides we went on were broken down while we stood in line for 2 hours or longer. Some rides were not even working or broken down.
