Cheapskate Company Refuses to Take Toll Roads, makes Drive Unnecessary Longer

The Driver was very friendly and helpful. Ultimately, he made it very easy to find him and I got to my destination. However, I was extremely upset that this cheapskate company intentionally avoided toll roads. As you can see in the photo I attached, I expected the drive to take 19 minutes but it ended up taking 27 minutes due to the penny pinching of the company. While losing 8 minutes is not the end of the world, it is the principle that matters, and it made the drive take nearly 50% longer. The tour clearly says "all fees included" and it is completely UNACCEPTABLE to ask me to pay $115 for a relatively short ride only to SCAM me and avoid toll roads. Clearly they assume Americans are stupid and won't notice. Again, while I still got to my hotel and lost just 8 minutes of my time, I will still highly recommend you avoid this extremely DISRESPECTFUL company, as even a small scam is still a scam (any private transfer is always expected to take toll roads especially when it claims all fees are included).

We couldn’t be happier with our experience! Our transatlantic flight was delayed and we missed our connecting flight, so we arrived to our final pick up point about 2 hours late. Our driver patiently waited the whole time and was there to pick us up when we got our bags! We are extremely grateful for the hospitality and will certainly tell our friends about Viator!
