Our drivers were very professional and courteous. They picked us up at the cruise ship terminal in Osaka, on time, (holding a name plaque with our name). They then transported us to our destination, Nanzenji Temple in Kyoto, on time. They even waited with us until our guides arrived. The over all cost for 2, 9 passenger vans was very reasonably priced. I highly recommend this service!

We were delayed on our main flight to Tokyo and missed our transfer in Tokyo to osaka. The driving service was quick to respond when I messaged them on the general messaging option and adjusted to our new flight.
