    Waste of time

    Guide didn't speak good English. He was from Philippines, only 3 years in Japan. It was not a tour, just transfer between few points of interest and very little information. Total waste of time for the price. Actually, city tour in Tokyo was the same.

    Good package. Not so good tour guide

    Concept was great and communication was good but the tour guide Jessa, had a cold and didn’t know much about the places. Was reading from sites on her phone. Driver was constantly late in picking up. We got to see all we wanted to.

Jessa has been with us for quite a big while and she actually knows a lot as she has been constantly doing tours and with 5 stars reviews for most tours. April 5, 2024 was during our peak season and therefore we cannot replace or find a replacement for Jessa as she was suddenly sick on that day. We will try to improve our services based on the points you mentioned above.
