All Go Karts are for 1 person only. There are no multi-person karts
The facility offers costumes for you to borrow with no additional charge. You can buy some inexpensive costumes at the nearby Don Quixote shop if you would like your own
Height restriction: All participants must be between 150cm to 190cm
Recommended weight: under 100 kg and less
The tour may be cancelled when it rains heavily. When the activity is cancelled due to bad weather, you will be able to re-schedule without charge. If the alternative date for re-scheduling due to bad weather is not available, you will get a full refund
Kindly ensure your arrival 20 minutes prior to the scheduled tour commencement
Regrettably, we are unable to provide refunds in the event of either the omission of your international driver's license or the presentation of an international driver's license that lacks validity in Japan

This was so much fun. I would do this more than once. We had a great time. The karts are in good working order and pretty fast. The crew was top notch and always was there to make sure everything went well and we were having a good time. I highly highly recommend this to anyone going to Osaka or Tokyo.

Fun and memorable activity in Osaka

Really fun and memorable was to spend an hour in Osaka. The instructors were great - Out class was full do they actually sent out extra instructors and split us up so we wouldn’t go too slow. They also snapped photos to share with us after. The costumes were a bit dirty so I skipped that part if it but I definitely recommend this company and activity Don’t forget to bring your passport and international drivers license

Seriously, what a great time. We saw some bits and pieces of the city sure, but the real highlight was basically being the center of attention everywhere you went - tourists and locals alike are waving to you and taking pictures/videos. It's so much fun. It can be a little nerve-wracking driving through downtown city traffic in a foreign country but our guide made sure we stayed close and adhered to the rules. This is something I'd definitely do again.

We forgot out license at the hotel. The company was on a schedule so we couldn't go back to get them even though it would have taken 10 minutes and the people in our group was okay starting 10 minutes later. They then proposed we pay them even more to get in an open spot the next day. This is the third time we have done go-carts but the first time with this company. 0/10 would recommend based on our interaction. Try a different company.

I didn’t get to participate because they required “ extra” paperwork that I didn’t have on me by the time I arrived… so, they took my money but didn’t let me actually DO the activity… and on my birthday! It was supposed to be my birthday gift to myself and all they did was take my money and explain… “ oh, it’s too late for reimbursement, you should’ve done that the day before!” Ha!! They said that it happens quite often there, where they take peoples money but don’t let them do the activity… hey, here’s an idea for your company… why don’t you NOT TAKE a persons money until they show ALL the paperwork and licensing required????? That seems more ethical to me than just scamming people constantly..

We were very excited to do this and before booking I phoned the service provider to get the details. They advised me that they had costumes and there was no need to bring any and when I asked if we could be Mario characters, they told me I could be whomever I want. They represent themselves as a Mario go-kart experience but do not have Mario costumes (had we known, we would have brought some). They have pictures of Mario onsite and also make references to it on the phone and web, but it is not. THEY TRY TO BE CAREFUL TO MAKE YOU THINK IT IS TO GET YOUR MONEY SO BEWARE.
