    Padua pasta experience

    Catia welcomed us like family. She shared a part of herself in teaching us to make pasta and tiramisu. We had a wonderful time and highly recommend her class.

    David and his family were so welcoming and generous. It was a pleasure to spend time with them in their lively home. I learned new cooking techniques and practiced my Italian language skills too! The best way to spend the day.

    Catia provided a welcoming home for our cooking adventure. She had lovely wine and cicchatti for us, and explained the different flour and techniques for our ravioli and bigoli dough. Using her mother's pasta press for the bigoli was so cool. We made tiramisu from Catia's recipe, which was delicious. Catia is a delightful host, and she provides history and explanation, while giving clear instruction. We highly recommend her for a cooking adventure.

    We had a fantastic day , our host was the best , welcoming, knowledgeable. We had a great time felt right at home. Catia is a great teacher , about pasts or local history , time went by to fast . We created three dishes , bigoli , tortellini and tiramisu . I would highly recommend the experience and for sure when I come back next year , I will contact Catia for another culinary experience
