Calling all Prosecco Fans!
Evan_T, Apr 2024
Amazing tour, Georgia was so much fun. It was very educational, especially the difference between DOC and DOCG and the sweetness. If you are a Prosecco fan definitely recommend!
Proseco wine tour
David_B, Apr 2024
This was an extremely enjoyable day trip through the Proseco hills. Our guide, Anita, was friendly and knowledgeable. We visited 2 wineries with gorgeous views and plenty of Proseco to sample, not to mention bread, cheese, and salami pairings. I highly recommend this trip.
Very nice Prosecco day trip from Venice
Riho_B, Apr 2024
We had an exceptional day trip from Venice, exploring two small Prosecco wineries and even taking a charming local detour. Highly recommended!

We are Prosecco lovers and wanted to learn more about the wine. Our tour guide Anita was knowledgeable and personable. The tour was a total of 6 which I really enjoyed because we got to know each other and receive special attention from our guide and hosts at the two wineries we visited. I highly recommend this tour. We also had a flat wine made with the glera grape that was delicious (it's not a part of the tasting). I ask about it and the host had a bottle opened. We left with 4 bottles of wine in all.
Top Notch Tour, HIGHLY Recommend!

Our tour guide Sebastian was Amazing! So knowledgeable and took his time explaining the different processes of making Prosecco. The tour, food, and hospitality is second to none. Would highly recommend to anyone visiting Venice.
Great choice, great tour... The guide was very engaging with all his stories and experiences living on these hills
Sharon_P, Mar 2024
The information and experiences shared by our tour guide, Sebastian who actually lives at the vineyards. He shared a lot of insight on lifestyle on these hills and how Prosecco is produced… we learnt so much.
Wonderful Day!
Theresa_S, Mar 2024
My husband and I ended up being the only people on the tour since another couple canceled. What an amazing day, our wonderful tour guide Sebastian gave us such great history of the area as we traveled. Our first stop was a family vineyard where we were welcomed into their beautiful home and sampled amazing Prosecco and were given local cheeses, meats, vegetables…superb! Thank you to our host, Stefano and his mother for making us feel so welcomed! Next we went to another vineyard where we saw production. Another great stop! The area was amazing and Sebastian, who had an amazing story himself one that I will never forget, was the best guide. Highly recommend!!
Learn about Prosecco, Italy's delightful answer to Champagne, in this half-day journey.
Robert_L, Mar 2024
Prosecco has been more and more popular in the US of late, but why? And is it more than just a less expensive alternative to Champagne? This tour introduced us to the land where Prosecco is produced, creating wines that easily stand on their own - not only as a comparison to Champagne but as fine sparking wines that are produced subject to strict controls by winemakers who are thoroughly passionate about their craft. Our guide to this half day of delight was Sebastian, who grew up in this region and who has family ties there to this day (he even introduced us to his in-laws, who run a delightful if tiny B&B in the heart of the region). We stopped at two different winemakers, both who have amazing passion and dedication to growing grapes in a way that preserves the land and honors the traditions. We learned that maybe only 5% of the Prosecco sold comes from this region where the wine has to be produced to exacting standards to be allowed to label the Prosecco as DOCG (guaranty) as opposed to the common DOC. You can taste the difference - that next night we had a DOC Prosecco at restaurant back in Venice - it was nowhere near the quality. We even bought some from our second stop, Tonidoro, to take home to LA - full DOCG top Prosecco - at 10 euros a bottle! Sebastian knows the area, the people and the stories of the region. He makes a perfect host. No wonder his ratings are full of 5 Star reviews - he gets the highest rating from us as well. Highly recommended.
A fantastic way to spend a day

Apart fro the delicious tastings, learning about how Prosecco is made and meeting the vineyard owners was an absolute highlight for me
Must Do

The selection of wineries chosen are small family owned, providing an intimate and warm setting to taste fabulous Prosecco and tastes of Italy
Fantastic tour - Prosecco, charcuterie and an unbelievable vibe!
Kenneth_B, Feb 2024
This was a fantastic tour…well exceeded our expectations. The weather was rainy in Feb when we left Venice for the tour, but we still had a great time. Francesca was knowledgeable and helpful on our one hour ride to the first winery. Silvia there did a great job explaining the region and her family’s history of making Prosecco. The location was amazing with the views of the vineyards in the hills, and the renovated barn was gorgeous. We were expecting a light lunch, but not one of the most amazing charcuterie experiences ever…her family’s homemade sausage was so good we bought some of it along with the wine! The second location was equally cool, where we saw the equipment used to the make the Prosecco, and again had amazing food to go along with the great wine. The mix of old world charm and updated decor at both locations was unique and impressive. We have a few dozen bottles on the way to the US and cannot wait until they arrive. I highly recommend the tour…it was great!
You’ll learn so much about the bubbly stuff!
Bruce_S, Feb 2024
Francesca was so friendly and ensured we had a great time! It was just the 2 of us so it made for a private tour, the wineries were excellent and we learnt so much. Really reasonable prices to buy bottles too :)
Would do this tour again!!!
Priyoshi_K, Jan 2024
Francesca is an INCREDIBLE tour guide!! She had so much knowledge and truly went out of her way to make our experience great. She taught us a lot, was so lively and fun, and made us feel like family. I would take this tour again. The two destinations we went to had a little charcuterie board, lots of wine to try, and an option to buy and ship some home. We did it all and loved it. In the winter it was totally fine with a good jacket, and I can imagine how incredible it will be in the summer. A MUST!!!
Sebastian was an amazing host
louise_j, Dec 2023
Fabulous trip up into the hills of 'Prosecco Land' Sebastian was a great host, so knowledgeable and passionate about the area.
A fantastic day trip with a great guide!
Mark_B, Dec 2023
An absolutely delightful day trip to see a little of the countryside surrounding Venice. Francesca, our guide, was terrific, as were the two family-owned vineyards we visited. Our very small group had the fortune to sample 7 different prosecco blends and try a number of delicious home-cooked foods. We learned about the cultivation of the grapes and the process of making prosecco as well. My only regret was that I traveled with only carry-on luggage and was not able to take any of the wines home with me.
Beautiful scenery and fantastic Proseccos
Aaron_S, Nov 2023
Even on a rainy day, the wineries we went to were beautiful! Our guide had great information, we had a nice lunch and all the Proseccos were fabulous. Only downside is the hour-long drive out into the hills, but it has such great scenery it helps it go by quick! Great way to get out of the crowded alleys of Venice.
Excellent Prosecco tasting and tour, great guide
Heather_W, Nov 2023
We had an excellent experience. Loved the wineries and our tour guide, Laura, was super knowledgeable and accommodating. We learned about the grape growing and also got to see how they made the Prosecco and bottled it.
Would definitely recommend!
Cassidy_M, Nov 2023
Francesca our guide was the best! Very knowledgeable of the area, very friendly, and great to talk with. The tour was beautiful and our two stops were just incredible.
Beautiful day!
Laurie_J, Nov 2023
Beauty of the area, great Prosecco tasting, expertise and kindness of the guide Francesca and the hospitality of the wineries was top notch.
If you loved Prosecco, you’re in for a treat
Kassey_W, Oct 2023
AMAZING experience. If you enjoy wine/prosecco this tour is a MUST 🤩 We had a very small group of 7 people which kept it intimate but still relaxed. Alessandra was very polite and cordial. Overall an amazing experience ♥️
