Please provide pick up time from your accommodation in Palermo. From Falcone e Borsellino airport (PMO) to Palermo city: Pick-up directly at the arrival terminal at the airport, the driver waits in the arrivals hall where the Relay shop is located. You will reach the center of Palermo in 35 minutes aboard our fabulous vehicles, with air conditioning and bottles of water at your disposal.

Emy arrived early and sent a text to let us know he was waiting. Also, the day before our ride, staff were pleasantly accommodating with a change in our pickup time. Communication by phone calls and Whatsapp texts were very good and reassuring. Excellent service.

There was supposed to be 5 adults with bags. The car that was sent to pick us up only had room for 3 adults and luggage. It was lucky that the other two adults had to change their plans. I was not given a rebate. I paid for 5 people and they only had room for 3.

Dear Customer, Our company provides the transfer service, we cannot make changes in the booking system with reference to the number of people. To change a reservation you must contact Viator or Tripadvisor. You sent a message to us via chat saying that there are no longer 5 of you but only 2 people are arriving because they missed their flight, that's why we invited a smaller means of transport, for the change in the system and to change the price you had to contact the platform with which you booked.
