Exit the 10 Fwy at Washington St. in Palm Desert. We are 4.0 Miles north from the freeway exit on Washington & 2.5 Miles past Del Webb Blvd. Look for the sign on right. Make a right after the sign at the driveway. Take the short desert road to the parking at the top, Welcome to Covered Wagons!

Both my husband and I celebrated our 9th year wedding anniversary at covered wagon we wanted to experience something different and it was perfect. The experience was wonderful and very pleasant. We got recognized for celebrating our wedding anniversary and got the pleasure of announcing chow and was first in line. The staff and everything from this experience was wonderful. I really recommend it to everyone to experience at least once.

Covered wagon adventure

This tour is an excellent way to experience how a covered wagon would travel thru very treacherous and beautiful country. We saw hidden palms oasis and learned of how they could even exist, and of all of the creatures within. We also learned about the various forms of flowers and plants and desert creatures commonly living there. The western dinner and entertainment were very well done. By nightfall the sky and setting became magical. The guests seemed to really enjoy, even the few little ones! Our group was well pleased with how professionally this tour was handled.

This was an excellent experience. You are welcomed when you arrive and offered beverages and snacks. The wagon ride goes out in the desert to an oasis. All the time you are given information about the desert. Very informative. Then the dinner was great with. Chicken and brisket. Highly recommend.

What a memorable experience! Perfect setting for families, couples or friends, there was really impressive food, activities and live music before and after the wagon ride,, and the tour guide,, a former teacher shared interesting facts about the desert landscape and wildlife! We got much more than expected. I think this tour really packs in value for this one of a kind experience! We were visiting Palm Sprinxfs for the week from Washington, and this was one of the highlights if our trip! The team even made me the most delicious vegetarian entrée at my request! You shouldn't miss this trip, I can't wait to come back with my family !

We enjoyed it all! The entertainment was good, the ride was fun, the 'guides' were knowledgeable, we loved the oasis, and the food was very good! The singers after dinner were great as well! An enjoyable evening in the desert!

From arrival to departure this was an amazing experience. The entire team at the ranch were friendly, professional and fun. The BBQ was EXCELLENT as was the music. Our guide on the wagon tour was very desert savvy and made learning fun. I highly recommend this tour!

Great experience for the price! Compared to that of other tours in Palm Springs I think this is one of the better bargains. They really put their best efforts to make the exerpaicne come alive with live entertainment, tour/fun facts, and great food and activities!

We had a fantastic time on this tour! The guide on the wagon ride was very knowledgeable about the area and he was very friendly/helpful. At the ranch house the food was amazing and our kids had fun trying roping, playing horse shoes and corn hole. I would highly recommend this tour!
