We hope you carry the knowledge and cook with and for your friends and family. Your experience includes hands-on instruction on making four dishes (appetizer, salad, entree, and dessert) and an herbal mocktail. Students may choose an optional herbal infusion, including a conversation on responsible dosing, infusion options, and medication interactions. After class, we will dine and enjoy each other's company in one of the most beautiful settings in the Joshua Tree area.
