We arrived at tour location that was booked to start at 1:00pm. We are a group of 6 people. We all booked to start the tour at 1:00pm. We are expecting to have 3 slingshots available. We arrive at the location and we are told there is only 1 car available; another car is at the repair shop and another car isn't available until 3:00pm. In this case our group would not be able to have the tour at the same time. Because there was one car available she did not want to give one couple a refund. The tour provider stated that she does not do refunds however I believe services were not rendered as described. There was no communication from the tour provider with us prior to this incident. We arrived and was met with confusion and chaos. She was not apologetic at all and in fact gave us an attitude as if this was our fault.

Excellent adventure, staff and time. It was amazing to see all of Panamá city and it was really fun with driving through different parts and seeing the beautiful country. I appreciate the organizer taking care of us and assisting our group to ride together. Definitely recommend and excellent price point for sure! Loved this excursion and we will definitely be back to experience more options. Don’t forget to try the ice cream at their shop delicious!

This was such a great experience! Fun and easy way to see Panama City. My husband had a blast zooming us around and we took a few stops to take pics and even got shaved ice. They even provided a photographer to take pics of you as you drive! It was great. It was pretty hot so check the weather to consider the evening time.

My husband and I had a lot of fun. The guide was fun and he took many pictures of us. He also added cute decorations to the car because it was my birthday.

The vehicle gave us a problem starting up and took a few attempts. Once started ran fine but was afraid to shutoff during the tour through the city. Nice to be open-air at night, but my SO had an uncomfortable ride because of the heat coming from the engine where her lower legs had to be placed. The outside night lights that makes the vehicle look cool were not working and automatic gear shifting was a bit rough. Was it fun otherwise? It was okay. Was it worth the price? No. We both thought it was going to be more of a tour, but turned out to be more of a drive-around.

DONT GO IF THERE IS RAIN PREDICTED!!! I would give this a 5 stars if it was not raining. However, on our trip, it started to pour down on us ON THE FREEWAY!! As such, I can only give this tour 3 stars. We could not pull over or stop, we had to keep on when I could barely see. The slingshot has no roof, windows or windshield, so you will get soaked. And if it rains, the company will only maybe offer you complimentary coffee at their shop. It is not worth going if you may die on the freeway. If there is a speck of rain, a slight chance of rain, I would cancel or reschedule. Your life is more important than a slingshot tour!

I do appreciate postive not so postive review, I can assure you all our customers are given enough complementary water and a scoop of ice cream after the tour, in your case you took up on coffee as you were wet, i can assure you we have seen Hundreds of customers through rainy season without anyone dying, You were offered to extend the tour and finish you didn't want it, having said that , it was the first rainy day other wise we are stocked up with Ponchos and Towels, I would suggest those who are booking in the rainy season, do not Book anything Back to Back rain will affect lots of outdoor activities and if you want something with roof, door and car we offer those tours at that point they are your tours in comfy regular vehicles. We all will eventually die it is important to have Fun, Panama is super awesome in rainy season as it keeps the heat down.
