To access the restaurant you will need to go to the checkpoints located in the South and East gardens at 08:30 pm and present the confirmation email. Then, you must go to the Restaurant welcome desk to pick up your lift ticket. The ticket gives a reserved access to the 1st floor of the Eiffel Tower.

I would highly recommend this dinner! The food was superb, and the atmosphere was unparalleled! Such a beautiful place to dine! Our waiter. Olivier was exceptional! He spoke perfect English, and was very accommodating and pleasant.

Very disorganized, for people that don’t speak French. It was cold and raining and the people at the lift tickets made us wait about 25 min. Under the rain( once we got to the restaurant it took us another 25 min to be seated; I booked a window view for 4 people and we were sat at a place without a view. Very disappointed; then there is no menu? If you don’t have a cell phone; the food it was tasteless, in other words, I will never recommend this place to anyone; I thought I was going to be a WAO! But at the end it was a UFFF (bad) ; the only pleasant thing it was our Italian waiter that gave us a 5 star service( besides that nothing was the way it was sold to us. (There were 4 of us and we all got the same bad experience)

Never using Viator again

I will never use Viator again!!!! To celebrate our last night in Paris, I was booking this experience for my daughter and I. We were paying separately and it showed 2 spaces available. I booked mine and less than a minute later attempted to book hers. I was unable to do so as tickets were suddenly no longer available. I called Viator because I found this extremely difficult to believe, my daughter and I are not going to eat separately on our final night in Paris and Viator refused to refund my money citing their 24 hour cancellation policy. I repeatedly asked them if they could accommodate us at a different time, etc. which they kept saying that everything was completely sold out. Next time I will book directly through the venue. I’ve been a loyal aviator user for quite some time and was shocked that they could not find anyway to refund my money or issue a credit under these circumstances as this was a very expensive experience!!!! Ended up out $164 for a meal and experience that ultimately I did not attend. It’s a terrible way to treat customers not taken into account situations like this.

Delicious dinner

The food was absolutely fantastic and so was our waiter. I took off one star because the experience getting into the Eiffel Tower was very annoying and tricky, because once you go through security you have to wait on a really long like to get your “separate” lift ticket to the 1st level. The instructions are a little unclear so I hope this review helps. You then wait on another long line to get on the lift. It says to get there 30 mins before but go at least an hour before because we were on time and still got to the restaurant 15 mins late. So even though you’re with Viator, you still have to deal with crowds and long lines which seems inevitable anywhere in Paris.

Layover in Paris

We were running late due to traffic from the airport, however did make it in time to be seated with a view. Our waiter was so attentive and this was a great experience. We had an 18 hour layover in Paris headed back to the States. It was a bit pricey, however worth it if you don’t plan to return .

Everything was wonderful! The food was delicious and the service was even better! I initially booked to dine solo but my friend ended up tagging along. The staff made room for her at the last minute and we were grateful we were able to share this experience!

I would have given it 5 stars. But it was a little complicated to find the actual booth. At this booth, you received a ticket. But you had to stand in line only to have to go stand in another line to go up to the actual restaurant..

This was truly an experience - dinner at the Eiffel Tower with an amazing view of the Siene River at night ... magical. Food - gastinomic delight. Service - impecable. Ambience - as expected. One thing to note - if you purchase a table by the window with a view, just know that doesn't mean a table right next to the window but rather a table with a view through a window. It didn't put a damper on our amazing experience but is something that others should be cognizant of if a table right next to a window is a deal breaker.

This was not what I expected especially given the cost. I had anticipated a romantic dinner with my husband overlooking the city of Paris. Instead we were crammed into a section with six tables like sardines with, a couple on either side of us. The area was so tight I could barely squeeze out to go to the restroom. The food was not very good. It started with an appetizer of lobster which was ok and it went downhill from there. My husband ordered the chicken which was bland and included a piece of what we assumed was chicken but was really identifiable from the look and taste of it. I ordered the sole and took one bite which was enough for me “yuck”. They did keep the alcohol flowing and the service was fair. Had the experience had the ambiance and view I was anticipating I could have forgiven the awful food but I was closer to the two men on either side of me than my husband. This was a bust, spend your money elsewhere! There are plenty of romantic things to do in Paris.

This is my second time Dinning at the Eiffel Tower. It’s a loveky experience and a great way to experience Eiffel. The food is good, but it’s very much a “factory” type experience…. You’re in, you’re out, very scripted.
