To access the restaurant you will need to go to the checkpoints located in the South and East gardens at 01:00 pm and present the confirmation email. Then, you must go to the Restaurant welcome desk to pick up your lift ticket that gives a reserved access to the first floor of the Eiffel Tower.

It was a wonderful experience. The food was fabulous, the service was exceptional our waiter was very attentive and cordial. The ambiance was great. We had a lovely toast to celebrate our time in Paris. Truly a magical event. would highly recommend this tour.

Long lines and bad food

Long lines, horrible food. Wife had risotto and couldn't eat it, I had the Pike which had a putrid odor along with a "sauce" seemingly constructed to exacerbate the odor. A total waste of money.

Has to be a better way to eat at the Eiffel Tower

The lunch was pretty good but the lines to get in were terrible. We waited in three different lines for over an hour. They tell you arrive at 1 for a 1:30 reservation and you never sit down until well after 2. You just move from one line to another. If it's cold and rainy there is no cover and it's miserable. So prepare to wait.

If looking for amazing view of city this is must.

The view was amazing from restaurant. We didn’t realize after lunch we couldn’t go to the top of the tower without paying extra. Didn’t know we had to go before we got to restaurant. The staff said it wasn’t there issue so there was no customer service. I rate the food a 1 but good atmosphere in restaurant.

Be prepared to wait at least 2 hours to get in to the restaurant!

Queue up for a long line to get in through the entrance for the first security check only. Queue up again to get the lift ticket then queue up again for another security check before you can get in the lift. Finally, even you reach the restaurant, you still need to wait for a long time to enter the restaurant. Total waiting time including 2 security checks at least 2 hours on a low season weekday. Food is good and friendly staff at the restaurant though. Make sure you bring an umbrella/sunblock cream on a rainy/sunny day. Good luck!

Where do I start! Skip the line… a special entrance for Madame Brassieres! The view was amazing Our 3 course meal with wine pairing was fabulous & we had a chance to explore the 1st floor & the grounds after lunch!

We thoroughly enjoyed this experience. Although we didn't sit by the window we had a great view of Paris. Food was excellent. Service was great and we were really taken care of from the moment we arrived.. Absolutely worth the visit

LOTS of lines, but great when you’re in the restaurant

It was quite a pain to get into lunch. Stood in 3 separate lines for a total of around an hour to finally get to the lunch. Not for impatient people! The lunch itself was delicious and it was worth paying extra for the window. Would not do this again, but it was a bucket list item!

Less than stellar

Not recommended. We did 2 Viator tours in New York and they were great. This one made you wait outside to turn your voucher into tickets. Then sent you to a long line for security and entering the tower. Now long wait for elevator. Once finally inside another long line to be seated where service was slow and menu odd at best. Food was okay but selection lacking. Loud family atmosphere, not elegant or classy.

Limited options have nothing for a non foodie to eat.

The service and the view were amazing. However, we were told to arrive 30 mins in advance, but the line was 60+ minutes long. The food was not as described on the menu- and not edible. Thankfully dessert was ok. Would be best to include menu choices ahead of time.

The only memorable thing is to be on the Eiffel Tower and the restaurant staff is doing a decent job otherwise the food is average and the restaurant setting is worn off and doesn’t inspire romance at all. There no table cloths, no flowers, no art, nothing really attractive, it’s just grey and boring and worst of all there is a bunch of shady photographers roaming the space like loan sharks on a rampage. It’s a total killer and instead of having a good time with your plus one you end up talking to total strangers at the next table in order to salvage what’s left of this mess.

Skip Viator and book directly with the restaurant for the Premium experience!

Wanted the experience but Viator charged for the premium experience and delivered the discounted food and experience. Save yourself the heartache and book directly with the restaurant. I had a terrible dried out ham dish with bitter cabbage. The staff is very I experienced for the discounted experience.

I really enjoyed dining at this restaurant as the food was delicious and the atmosphere was great. However, I was a bit disappointed I didn't get a window seat, even though I was first in the queue, as I didn't realise you paid extra for that privilege when booking. I wasnt given that option. Also, there was a bit of queuing up beforehand and it was a bit chaotic. Once inside, I loved it.
