    In order to guarantee the quality of the tour, to drive on the best conditions and to see the monuments expected, we pick up and dropp off clients to any location of their choice ONLY on districts 1st, 7th, 8th, 9th, 16th, 17th. We DONT pick up and dropp off on districts 2nd, 3rd, 4th, 5th, 6th, 10th, 11th, 12th, 13th, 14th, 15th, 18th, 19th and 20th. If your hotel or pick up place isn’t centrally located, the meeting point will be front of the hôtel Crillon, located 10 place de la Concorde 75008 Paris.

    First time in Paris

    We liked the idea of an overview of Paris. But the traffic was horrible(as usual) and we were stuck in it much of the time. Half the time we couldn’t hear or understand what our guide was saying. He needed a mike/audio system. Definitely not worth the high price.

    Hello Steve, Thank you for sharing your opinion, even bad, it always helps me to improve the quality of my tours to provide an unforgettable experience to my clients. I understand your disappointment. First of all in terms of heavy traffic, Paris is a very busy city (since the 19th century and this has made its history and its anecdotes!). But we still saw all the places the tour promises us to see. The tour schedule INCLUDES heavy traffic. So despite heavy traffic I don't do short tours and we saw what you paid for, doing breaks and taking our time for every places. Second, you told me in the middle of our drive that you were deaf and that I needed to speak loudly. That's what I did, I spoke very loudly, almost shouted, to make sure you could listen to my historical narration. I really did my best. Nobody ever complained about that. I think the problem is that you're deaf, and I'm sorry about that, but this is what you told me, and then it's not my fault. But at the end, even if I fully understand your disappointment, you are pointing out 2 problems here that are out of my control and have nothing to do with the quality of my tours. It's sad that you didn't tell me directly about it, we could find a solution for give you a better experience. I don't think that's so fair, but regardless, it was nice meeting you, and I hope you enjoyed your trip to our beautiful city. All the best Benjamin
