Stopped to watch another rider use the atm..Great photo opt. Then we stopped because it seemed as though we had a flat with zero explanation. Dropped off abruptly at the corner. No refund given

We had reservations for 8:15. Arrived at 8:00. Three people in front of us. Bus driver told us to stay in line n he would get the bus down the street. When he got the bus he let a large grip up of people on bus. By the time he drove Short distance to us 9 people the top deck which is covered was full!!!???. I had to sit downstairs cause it was cold n covered area would have been much better. Also the people who got on the bus did not have reservation n were discussing paying driver at the end of tour.! Something needs to be done about this reservations should be honored first!

Very thorough tour of Paris. Good narrators on the recorded language. They even stopped at the Eiffel Tower, since there were so many photo ops. Tough streets to navigate but the driver was great.

So it was cold and rainy, but we're still glad we did this tour. Great way to see the Paris lights at night, plus great information/history/stories along the way. It ends with a great photo op of the Eiffel Tower twinkling on the hour.

Loved the night bus tour.Start time of 8.15pm was perfect even if didn’t start out dark but by time get to the Eiffel Tower it didn’t matter as bus stops when the lights flash which was excellent.We wished there was blankets on bus as abit chilly as April night time can get cold

The Paris Big Bus Night tour was enjoyable. Getting to see the Paris sights at night was great. Being an open top on the upper deck is great for pictures, one just has to mind factors such as weather (temperature and precipitation).

Everything was beautiful, my favorite part was the ending with the Effiel Tower Sparkling and how closed we were, to take amazing pictures!
Shimmering lights at night

The tour itself was excellent, two hours of seeing the sights at night time. Must do in Paris. However, sitting upstairs, all of the seats were wet. We had to sit on wet seats if you didn’t have a tissue or a cloth to wipe them. The bus, the driver did not provide a towel or a cloth to wipe. I feel like they should’ve prepared the seats so they were not wet. Other than that the tour was amazing. We stopped in front of the Eiffel Tower for about 10 minutes to take pictures. It was great.

Loved it but it was freezing and at one point raining, I think the bus needs heaters under the seats, bundle up if you want to sit up top. We were able to see the Eiffel Tower light up and sparkle, highlight of the evening for us.

The person who checked us in was very ride. We drove past the Opera House ( with the same natration) 3 times. Finally, the driver suddenly stopped, with no announcement and jumped off the bus. We left at that point. Terrible.

This is a beautifully choreographed tour. It includes mostly well lit milestones. And just when you start getting tired or jaded, it is timed to arrive, to the minute, for the 9/10 pm light show at the Eiffel Tower.

Due to weather change I had to leave the bus before the tour ended. I’m amazed by all the sites to see in Paris, I love the group of the Big Bus I took a tour in London and was the best, though I missed the headphones on that first one, second day i got back in and it was a better experience. I’m happy to use Big Bus tour again in all the other sixties I’ll visit.

We had no audio for the whole tour so had no idea where we were or what we were looking at. Half the bus had audio but the other half didn’t, tour operator was advised but wasn’t able to fix it.

Paris at night is a must see event! The 2 hour narrated tour from an open top bus brings all of the historical sites to life. The tour ends parked next to the Eiffel Tower with time for walking around and taking pictures. I highly recommend.
No sound so no commentary

It rained the entire time which isn’t the fault of the tour group. But our seats on the top had no sound for the tour so we did not know what buildings we were looking at. There was no one except the driver on the bus that could help us. It was a nice drive through Paris only wish we would’ve known some of the landmarks.
