The French flag billowing in the blustery wind at the Arc de Triomphe; the surprising number of American retailers on the Champs-Elyees - and the most adorable building construction cover....a giant LV trunk! - the tragedy of Notre Dame and the commitment France has made to lovingly restoring it.

This was a nice way to see Paris and get your bearings when you first arrive. The audio plays descent music and gave good info in a fun (albeit cheesy) way.

Very efficient way to see the city, hear the guided tour and do the extra tours at reasonable prices (Seine river cruise & Arc de Triumph. If it’s raining, bring a poncho. If your headphones don’t work, move to another seat… a little common sense and you will love the ease and value of this option! We did two-day pass with the 2 options and enjoyed both days hopping on and off.

We started at Musee D'Orsay and were on the to deck in bright weather but had to change buses when there was crash into our bus along the Champs Elysees. The next bus was older and already full and the commentary earphones didn't work so we got off the bus, had a walk round and tried again. A great way to see the city.

We really enjoyed the entire experience! Riding the bus allowed us to explore all of our interests and gave us a sense of where everything is located. We enjoyed the river cruise and our time at the arc de triumphed, as well.

Deceiving. Not 24 hours. We got stranded on the other side of the city because they stopped running at 7pm. No where does it say stops at 7. We had pay $70 to taxi to get back. So beware.

You purchase a 24 hour hop on hop off bus pass but they stop running at 7. We got stranded on the other side of the city. We paid $150 for tickets and used the bus 3 times. Nowhere does it say it stops running at 7. It states 24hrs. Then we had to pay another $70 to get back to our hotel by taxi. Won’t use them again and I caution you.
A waste of time and money.

Eiffel Tower was phenomenal. Was just a little cold and damp in bus. Enjoyed not having to do a lot of walking. Nice to be able to do as little or as much as you wanted to

Do NOT USE VIATOR! For any of your tour needs. This company has the worst customer service you could ever imagine. Their inflexibility in everything literally helps them capitalize on the misfortune of traveler. Truly a disgusting organization.

Our flight frim Canada to Paris was delayed several hours. We were not able to activate our 48 hr pass with 1 hr Seine cruise on the first day. Unfortunately, when I went to activate it on day 2, it showed the tour as "complete" and I could not retrieve my ticket online. I called customer service and they very efficiently e-mailed me the link to my ticket and I was able to enjoy the tour for a full 48 hrs. Thank you and 5 stars to Micah Grace for providing optimum customer service!! The Big Bus guide was prompt to print my Viator tour pass and river cruise ticket at one of theroute stops. Everything went smoothly and as planned!!

Was not given spots to pick bus up. The trip should tell you to download the big bus application. Then the hours do not coincide with the literature. I was stuck at the Eiffel Tower with no ride to train station. Bus driver told me they will still be running after my cruise.
