    • PLEASE NOTE: This tour doesn’t go inside Notre Dame. Nobody has been permitted to enter the cathedral since the tragic fire of 2019. This guided experience is an outdoor walking tour of the area surrounding the cathedral, followed by entry (ticket included) to the crypt beneath it.

    • It is possible that the crypt can be closed at times for construction or maintenance. In this case you will receive an hour-long guided walking tour around Notre Dame but you will not be able to enter the Crypt.
    • This tour/activity will have a maximum of 15 travelers

    Cancellation Policy

    You can cancel up to 24 hours in advance of the experience for a full refund.

    • For a full refund, you must cancel at least 24 hours before the experience’s start time.
    • If you cancel less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded.
    • Any changes made less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time will not be accepted.
    • Cut-off times are based on the experience’s local time.
    • This experience requires a minimum number of travelers. If it’s canceled because the minimum isn’t met, you’ll be offered a different date/experience or a full refund.

    Our guide, Remi, was great. As is the case until the restoration is finalized, one can not go inside. I’m not sure we needed a tour guide to walk around the cathedral. Save your money.

    Great guide, well informed and told us many interesting facts about Notre Dame, walk was not too long and the crypt tour at the end was interesting as well.

    The guide was good but this was a tour we could easily have done on our own. We could not get into Notre Dame ... we knew that ahead of booking. We walked around Notre Dame and the guide provided colorful information about the fire and recovery. The disappointment was that the crypt ... the city discovered what looks like a Roman river community (great find) in the 1970's. There was little more than the unearthed dwellings. It was cool, but not worth the 2 hour tour. The guide didn't follow us down, nor did he provide much information about the crypt and dwelling. It was a Griswald moment. We saw it, took a couple pictures, and moved on.

    A very informative tour. Remi is exceptionally knowledgable and spoke perfect English. Because of the repairs, we obviously did not go into Notre Dame. We mostly walked around the few surrounding blocks talking about the disastrous fire. Because the tour was only supposed to last an hour we had to leave before it finished. We had another booking set up we needed to get to. Note that the tour lasts maybe 2 hours total, you do not enter the crypts in the first hour at least.

    Our tour guide was knowledgeable and provided good information during the walking tour. We were not able to go into Crypt. Tour company offered us a ticket to Arc De Trimphe; however, never provided the tickets. Very disappointed.

    Sophie was wonderful guide - informative, friendly and helpful. I would highly recommend this tour - even though the cathedral is closed, it was extremely interesting to learn about the cathedral and reconstruction efforts. The crypt (which I had no idea existed) was fascinating.
