Great way to speed date with Paris!

We really enjoyed our tour guide Julie. There may have been a little bit too much time spent walking in the first neighborhood. The metro ride to the Louvre was fun. And just the right amount of time was spent inside the museum. We broke off from the tour after lunch so that we could use our Eiffel Tower tickets that evening. And it’s so cool that the boat down the Seine can be used anytime and is good for one year. So we are going to use today!

Be prepared for a big day. A lot of walking (but at a leisurely pace) as there is a lot to see. A great way to see so many highlights in a day. Skipping the Louvre lines was amazing as they looked likely to take several hours.

Our tour guide was radeka, she was the most vibrant and lovely lady, full of stories and information. She brought old pics and history pages and was answering all our questions. If one hass to do major part of paris in a single trip, this trip is MUST.

Julie was amazing! We truly saw Paris in a day. Ending at the Eiffel Tower and being able to see all the amazing monuments we saw was beautiful! Tour was well paced and even thought it was roughly 7 miles it did not feel that way at all. One member of the group was pregnant and able to say for the whole tour.

It was a very horrible experience. They change the meeting place at the last minute and didn’t let us know and kept arguing with us saying they did after I even emailed them the voucher showing no here is our meeting place. It never got changed the walking tour through the city had us walking through construction sites very dangerous very congested did not enjoy the rest of the walking tour. It was really a very, very bad experience, not worth the money at all

Too much walk.. tired.

The guide was great. But this walking tour was TOO MUCH WALK.. it will be better if we can more combine metro or bus wt the tour. We are over 60 and its not for us ... other than that, the tour was great, skio the lune in Luvre which is great n full information in Luvre.. just no need to wqlk too much.. like 2 times across the bridge.. so this tour only recomended for young ppl.. who is fit. Not for ocer 55 and not for children..

Missed the Tour

Unfortunately, although we left in plenty of time, we could not get a Taxi to take us to the meeting point. We then ran to the Metro but did not make it to the meeting point. Ended up going to the Eiffel Tower Tour on our own, paid again of course. We tried to go to the Museum and there were thousands of people waiting in line. We spent much money on taxis and then back to our hotel. We also took the Seine River Tour at our own expense the following morning. We are pretty active and fit Seniors but how you think this was a walking tour is beyond me unless you knew short cuts we didn't. I don't think I could realistically recommend it to our Senior Friends.

Great Intro to Paris!

Our tour with Victoria was informative, as she sighted so many historic details of the Montmartre area, the artwork in the Louvre and the history of the Louvre. I'm glad we had a tour guide in the Louvre because it's easy to get lost, and she was able to bullet point the most famous pieces. Lunch was quick so we ate in the food court at the Louvre, which actually had really good pizza and we treated ourselves to macarons from Laduree. Our tour guide then took us to the Eiffel Tower where we could also access the boat cruise. We also lucked out because the tour company was able to get us tickets to the summit of the Eiffel Tower. I thought we were only going to the 2nd floor. The only reason I gave this a 4, rather than a 5 was because I felt we spent too much time in the Montmartre area. And some of the explanations were long, which was tough to hold the attention of my kids (13 and 16) especially since this is such a long tour. Other than that, it was a great introduction to Paris!

I love being able to actually go inside the Eiffel Tower and go to the top and drink champagne! The guide was excellent and she was very informative! We had a wonderful time.

This tour was listed as an “approximately 7 hour tour”. Based on the fact that it started at 845AM I allowed 8 full hours and a bit more and predicted that the trip would be done by about 5PM. That paired with the fact that we were told that the excursion would end at the Eiffel Tower and that while “most take their cruise at 430, 500, or 530” you can use your ticket any day while in Paris. I assumed my prediction of 5PM finish would be on point. As such, I booked dinner and show at the Moulin Rouge at 730PM. When we were given our Eiffel Tower tickets, they were for 8PM….well past the “approximately 7 hour” tour description. Needless to say, we cut the tour short and left about 5PM as we needed to make our show. We missed the window for the use of our tickets, and a day later now, we still haven’t even gotten our cruise tickets. I have taken about 30 tours with as viator booking, and while this was the first that was a mess, it’s very disappointing.

À quick whirlwind orientation of famous sights in Paris. Just an overview of what you might want to explore in the future. Lots of time on metro, and quick stops in locations. 8 miles worth of walking . Best if you don’t have more time to spend in each area . I would have liked more entertaining presentation of history in a story format rather than facts at each stop.

Phenomenal Parisian city walking tour

Seeing the sights, sounds & history from a local’s perspective was an absolutely unforgettable experience. Fabienne was a great tour guide, keeping spirits and momentum up throughout the entire tour despite the rainy, gloomy and cold day. This was our first trip to Paris (but certainly not the last) and this tour gave a well rounded visual of the city. The only disappointment was not being able to enter the Eiffel Tower because of the strike but the company handled it with grace. Highly recommend for any and everyone as a first time visitor, and even repeat visitors.
