Was a good guide, gave some useful information. The weather was awful on the day, so the queues wouldn't have been that bad if we'd had to queue. The top of the tower was closed, but we received a partial refund as we couldn't go all the way to the summit which I think is reasonable.

Needed more from Eiffel Tower experience.

We wanted more information about the Eiffel Tower. A lot of the talk was silly stuff, like about vampires in Paris. Going with a small group didn't seem to save much time in lines.

Don’t waste the time

The tour company and guide were great. But skip this and just get photos from below or a river cruise, it took over 2 hours during slow season to get up and we ended up missing another tour because of the wait time to get to the summit. So extremely disappointed in the lack of preparedness from the tower to allow a good experience.

I was VERY disappointed in this tour. From the description provided it promised “SKIP THE LINE”. During the time that we participated in the tour, we spent half of it in lines, which was at least 90 minutes. That is not SKIP THE LINE! We went on a Monday (when it was pouring down rain) so this was unacceptable! There were 4 adults in our party so we spent almost $100/person so it certainly should have been as promised in the description. Our tour guide shared that he’s a stand up comedian so his commentary included jokes which I feel was inappropriate for our tour. VERY DISAPPOINTING!!!

Only Way to do the Tower

If you want to go to the summit, make sure you make the correct choices when booking. I thought I had booked the summit, but turned out that I had only booked through the second floor. It was awesome to see the inner workings up close and the view was amazing. The only way to do the tower is skip the line. The lines we passed looked like they were going to be waiting for hours. Highly recommend!

Tour guide, Shivani, was great and friendly and knowledgeable. She made the effort to talk to every guest and make a personal connection. She was very proactive and kept communication open throughout the whole experience. Unfortunately due to a security breach at the tower, the tour was cancelled but I am sure she would have been great

Don’t waste your money

The tour started at 4:30, meeting time 4:15. We arrived by 4:22. The group had already left. We’ve toured all over Europe with Viator. This was our first time being late. We had a very hard time finding the right location. Every other group we have been with waits until at least the starting time for the group. Luckily for us, I spotted someone who works for city of wonders who was very helpful in connecting us with the tour guide. However, the tour guide did not have a headset nor were we provided with headphones. The tour guide was very soft spoken. . So, very few of us could hear her. It was very frustrating. We noticed that other companies provided headsets.

Unimpressive, waste of money

As someone that has severally gone on to Eiffel Tour, I consider this one as service for the tour operator buying tickets for you ahead. Very poor organization, guide didn’t come up with us initially, we were aloof on our own for 30 mins, eventually came and the group (15 at least) was dispersed, scampered a few of us together and managed like 20 mins of uninspiring guide. Very poor value for money.
