    We went to 4 champagne houses, cathedral of Anitra Dame Reims, and had lunch. All wonderful. A bit rushed to fit it all in, but wonderful. Our driver was very professional.

    Efficient and nice car

    If you are looking for a private chauffeur, in a nice car to take you to 2 major champagne houses- 1 each in Epernay & Reims then this is for you. We loved going to Moet and Veuve- the other 2 houses were bonuses in each city. Our chauffeur spoke very little English so no touring from him. He got us to each site and told us when we needed to be back. The tours are at the champagne houses themselves, which were fantastic. We found that only having an hour or so at each house was a bit tight to actually complete the tour and tasting so you have to watch the time closely to be able to enjoy the tastings at the end of the tours.

    We went to 4 champagne houses, cathedral of Anitra Dame Reims, and had lunch. All wonderful. A bit rushed to fit it all in, but wonderful. Our driver was very professional.
    Dissappointing

    Our driver picked us up 20 minutes late. There were no other passengers. Our 1st stop at a small private vineyard. We were told we only had 15 minutes to look around because we were late. Then our driver changed the order of our next few stops. We were dropped off early for lunch at 11:30. There was only 1 restaurant open. Our driver gave us exactly 1 hour. We were dropped off at Moët Chandon on time and had a lovely tour and tasting. When we met up with the driver he said we would miss part of our next stop at Veuve Clicquot. Pommery was disappointing. We were not happy.

    1. The driver was standing 400 meters away from Your hotel blocked in the one way street. He informed the client about his being late, was in touch with him. Anyway the clients came to all places according to our itinerary. 2. The clients were alone in a 8 Seater Mercedes minivan because it was a PRIVATE EXPERIENCE. By Small-groups the minivan is shared with other people with the option to talk to other people not being alone in a quite big Minivan. 3. To Champagne Chateau Boursault the clients came like scheduled at 10:00 and left at 10:45. Not 15 minute. 3 Glass of Champagne tasting were offered during the tasting. Of course in the park of Chateau Boursault is worth spending more time but by visiting of 4 Champagne houses during one day it is hardly possible. 4. Lunch time. We offered different options to have enough time for Lunch and to make for You a restaurant reservation but you refused this option. This is our disappointment - we offered comfortable solutions and the client as he/she heard about EUR 20 surcharge for a higher level Tasting stopped understanding. Please See below our messages. We have written a message to this customer: "Hello, We have got the confirmation from Moet etc. The only problem would be Veuve Clicquot. If we take our basic Degustation Carte Jaune we have no time for Lunch. If You would like to make it comfortable with Lunch time in Epernay (we reserve tables at good restaurants for our clients) then we have to choose between two more expensive Degustations: L’ART D’UN CHAMPAGNE ROSÉ D’ASSEMBLAGE EUR 25 surcharge per person or « UNE SEULE QUALITÉ, LA TOUTE PREMIÈRE » EUR 40 surcharge per person. Both options are still available. We really need You answer asap.     The tour is way...

    The tour is way overpriced. We were supposed to be picked up in a Mercedes van but instead we were picked up, late, in a small 4 door car. It was not comfortable and since the driver was running late he had to drive extremely fast in order to get us there. In addition We didn't receive all of the tastings we paid for. The tour company was wiling to issue a small credit but not enough in my opinion for the experience we had.

    1. You had following 4 Experiences with 8 glass Champagne tastings during one day and we don’t understand what exactly you didn’t like so much ? What is wrong with all these leading Champagne houses ? Champagne Veuve Clicquot Guided tour by the House representative + 2 Glass of Champagne. Champagne Chateau Boursault with 3 glass of Champagne with explanations. Champagne Castellane Guided tour by the House representative + 2 Glass of Champagne. Pommery self-guided tour through UNESCO listed Cellars + Champagne tasting at the end. You could visit as well the Reims Cathedral and we made for You a good restaurant reservation. Anyway thank you very much for the tipping to Alex. 2. We accept our fault that it was not a Mercedes minivan for You two but a car. 3. Regarding of the driver’s being late he was in touch with You all the time standing just 400 meters away from Your hotel behind a garbage van. That can happen to any driver in Paris.

    Great trip with Cyrus, he explained a lot about the history of Paris & Champagne region, and booked us a table for lunch at Chez Max, which was amazing. We visited Boursault, Moët & Chandon, Pommery, and Veuve Cliquot. I would like to suggest that he remove Pommery from the itinerary and replace it with another small family producer. Should we go back to Paris, we will definitely use his services for trips to other wine regions!

    Our driver was A+. The tours were amazing and informative. Private trip is well worth it. They set up all the tours and made a reservation at great French restaurant for lunch. Seeing the Carthedral Notre-Dame de Reims was a nice way to end the trip.
