    This was our favorite part of our trip to Italy. It was such a unique and amazing experience you can only get in Parma. Our guide was informative, and very helpful. The balsamic tour was our favorite part and we purchased some to bring home and enjoy it all the time.

    Very interesting tour to small producers in the region of Parma. Nice to see the production, taste something and buy good things to take home. We made the tour with Laura - she is a very good tour-guide.

    Laura, our tour guide, was great. She was knowledgeable about the processes for the creation of the products on all three of the stops on our tour (Parmigiana Reggiana, Prosciutto and Balsamico) and she knew the people as well. She provided a lot of background on the areas we visited and really gave us a good sense of the local culture. We had a great time and would recommend this tour to anyone with a interest in the great food from the Parma area.

    My wife and I really enjoyed the personal tour we took with Laura on 7/5. Laura was very knowledgeable, well organized and flexible. My wife said the tour was one of the best experiences we had on our 3 week trip to Italy. Laura picked us up at our hotel, including luggage, and drove us to all four stops while providing background and answering questions. At each stop she had arranged for access to the actual operations and provide the explanations herself. Her English was excellent and everything met or exceeded our expectations. Highly recommended!
