We really enjoyed our walking tour w Alex! He is very personable and informative about all of this places we went, as well as about Philly in general. He answered a lot of questions- a lot- up to where to eat afterwards! The selected places really gave us a good view of old Philadelphia, and the discussion put it in context. We will be going back to the Museum of the American Revolution! This tour was a great value
Response from Host, Apr 2024
Thank you Kathryn! We are very happy to partner with the Museum of the American Revolution to give our guests a full and memorable look at our city's history. The George Washington Tent presentation (included in our tour) is truly amazing, and the discounted general admission rate our guests receive at the museum is indeed a great value. That museum is one of the best in the city!

Tom did a great job of making the tour enjoyable and informative. He shared a lot of facts we were unaware of regarding our founding fathers.

Thank you Charlotte! Our guides do a great job of presenting facts through amazing storytelling. Our tours aren't lectures...they are more like a stroll through a beautiful neighborhood with a friend.

Janet_H, Mar 2024
Our family of 4 (kids 13 and 11) really enjoyed this tour. David was so knowledgeable about history and Philadelphia in general. He gave us so much great information. It was much easier than reading all the boards at the exhibits. DEFINITELY recommend the tour and David!
Knowledgeable
Jordan_W, Mar 2024
The guide was knowledgeable and enthusiastic. His stories about the founding fathers made history come alive and felt relevant to today. His description of how the Liberty Bell became a symbol of freedom despite, or because, it is broken was thought provoking. My son asked a lot of curveball questions but he caught them all with his encyclopedic knowledge.
Excellent!

Historical & FUN !!!
Pelin_F, Mar 2024
At St.Patrick’s Day dinner a couple of days ago, l was telling all my friends how they have to do this tour when they visit Philly for the flower show next March. Philly has a very rich history with lots of layers and interesting details and our tour-guide Brittni, a history nerd 💜and a naturally talented storyteller, did a fabulous job sharing the stories of both the historical buildings & places we visited and the founding fathers we are all a little familiar with, whose incredible efforts gave birth to America. Brittni is very friendly and knowledgeable and the tour has inspired me to explore some of these larger than life characters even further! Thanks, Brittni! Hope our paths would cross again some other tour, some other time, latitude & longitude ! Cheers, Pelin F.
