The pick-up time varies from 8:00 to 9:30 am based on availability, the exact time will be assigned upon confirmation via email or Whatsapp (the time cannot be chosen).
This tour does not include a stop at the Blue Grotto, due to long waiting times. All interested guests can independently visit the Blue Grotto during free time on the island.
This excursion requires good weather conditions. For cancellations due to unfavorable weather forecasts, it will be possible to reschedule the date or you will be offered a full refund
On the day of the excursion the driver, who will pick you up, will have a list with the names of the participants, you will therefore be called by the name provided at the time of booking.
This tour/activity will have a maximum of 12 travelers

Cancellation Policy

You can cancel up to 24 hours in advance of the experience for a full refund.

For a full refund, you must cancel at least 24 hours before the experience’s start time.
If you cancel less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded.
Any changes made less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time will not be accepted.

Cut-off times are based on the experience’s local time.
This experience requires good weather. If it’s canceled due to poor weather, you’ll be offered a different date or a full refund.

Great boat trip! A must do

We absolutely loved this tour! Organization was very good - we got picked up in positano and dropped off at the boat dock. We did have to wait a good bit at the boat dock but wasn’t a problem. Boat not crowded at all - group size was good. The tour was great and our guide was awesome! Funny and knowledgeable and he gave plenty of time at each stop and the swimming was so fun!! They also helped us navigate a bus day pass that was 25 euro for when we were in Capri making it easy to see both Anacapri and Capri and move around the island which otherwise would have been very confusing. They also gave us a ride back and were able to drop us off right at our hotel in Positano. Definitely a highlight! Would recommend to anyone.

Great balance of free time with a structured boat tour. Nando and Antonio were great! Knowledgeable about the island but also fun. It was 3 of us and everyone truly thought this was worth the investment of both our time and money. Best way to see the island.

Quite the Pleasant Cruise

My wife and I booked this trip as part of our honeymoon and we're glad we did. Guido, our skipper for the trip, was incredibly personable, humorous, and easygoing with excellent English. The ride over to Capri was a blast (he blasted ABBA on the way over and we thought it set the mood perfectly) and he walked us through everything there was to do on the island before we even pulled into port. Provided maps and visual guides too! The actual island itself was a bit disappointing for us, though. There were plenty of shops and ample time to see a variety of interesting sights (the Gardens of Augustus are an especially good bang for your buck while you're there), but the amount of other tourists there alongside the pricey souvenirs made it somewhat difficult to fully enjoy. Also, the only way to see all of it in one day is to book a seat on one of the many private mini-buses that populate the island once you're there, so bring an extra 25 Euro a person for that. The tour around the island was when things picked back up for us. Plenty of snacks and drinks, some solid swimming time, a pass through Faraglioni and the "Arch of Love" (which featured Guido appropriately setting the mood via Dean Martin's "That's Amore" and handing out tambourines for all of us to play along with), and wonderfully smooth sailing. If you're going to want to see Capri, this trip is the way to do it.

Fun experience!

The driver of the boat was really nice and fun. It was so much more fun to go on a small boat like this than a big ferry, to get a more friendly vibe. The worst part was the sea sickness, so many boats = a lot and huge waves! Still worth doing the small boat to get to know new people!

Family Trip to Capri

I am writing this review to give an accurate description of what our day was like (we booked a tour for end of August) as we had a different impression of what this tour was like and we weren’t aware of some important facts. If you are coming from Positano, a private car will pick you up and drive you to the marina which is about an hour away. At the marina, you will have to wait for the rest of the tours to get there. When we booked the excursion, we were under the impression that we would spend more time on the boat and less time in Capri. Please know, that you will be in Capri for 4 hours and in order to properly tour Capri you will have to take the private buses that work with the tour company for an additional 25 euros. While it is optional, it’s the only realistic way to see most of Capri for the time frame that you do have. We had wished that the bus tour fee would have been included in the our front cost when we booked. We would have preferred less time in Capri and more time on the boat, however we really did enjoy our boat guides Mary and Gianni, they were excellent and the boat tour we took to visit some of the grottos and to swim was amazing. For those who want more time in the water and boat, I would recommend a different tour, but if you are looking for half a day trip to Capri to shop and eat then this is for you.

Great time on the boat, other parts were iffy

Disaster Capri Trip

Where do I begin with this disaster. The cars were late to pick us up from Positano to Sorrento (1 hour lost). Get on the boat the “ fluent English speaking tour guide” couldn’t speak a word of English just starts the boat and off we go nothing about life jackets, time to destination, itinerary nothing. I asked how long it would take he said 30 mins to which it took an hour. I had to ask for water which we found a little esky with a few bottles when it said drinks were provided. We arrived and drove past a monument cave but can’t tell you anything about it because the guide couldn’t tell us. Randomly stop at this spot and I asked can we go swimming and he said yes. Had to ask for goggles which the tour said was provided to which he did find some on the boat. One of the 12 people on board couldn’t swim so we told her not to jump in but the guide wouldn’t know because he never asked. The snacks and light lunch that were promised was 3 small packets of chips between 12 people! We were supposed to go to 2 swimming spots only went to 1. The itinerary also said 4 spots to visit we only did 2. Then it took an hour to get into the port and off the boat which left us under 2 hours on the island which the itinerary said we would have 4 hours so we missed out on the blu grotto. We have complained to Viator and the tour company asking for a full refund however only received 10% back. The trip was extremely expensive and a waste of our limited time in Positano. Choose another company.

Unfortunately we can't predict traffic and delays, but our costumars care is always ready to inform any eventual. In our itineraries it is clearly explained that the lunch is not included, but only dry snacks and soft drinks. The itinerary of swimming stops may changes and it's on capitains discretion, there can be either different stops or one very long. On board is not includes a tour guide but a professional crew that speaks english, we're really incredulous about that. Good trip, beware the drivers

The boat tour part was very good. It was a nice way to see a lot of the island and the guides were very knowledgeable and fun. We didn’t know a lot about Capris so we were a little worried about filling the 4hrs we were there, but the guides told us a lot of fun things to do and we ended up filling the time quickly. The one issue was the driving service to get from Positano to the boat. The drivers were kind of aggressive with us even though we were there early. On the way back they dropped everyone at their hotels and we were the last ones since our hotel was near the pickup location. The driver ended up just leaving us at the edge of town instead of going back to the pickup spot, so we had to walk back to our hotel. I have no idea why he did this since he ended up driving to the depot right after because we saw him while we were walking back. Just really bizarre and kind of a bad way to end the trip. Otherwise, the main parts of the excursion were gold.

Not what I expected

Other than the lovely staff, the trip was a disappointment. We were scheduled for an 8:15 am pickup, but that was changed the day before to 7:45 am. Nothing is open in Positano at that hour for breakfast or even cafe. The 40 minute drive to Sorrento was lovely, but then we waited in the heat for 1 hr and 45 minutes to board the boat. So we were not able to eat anything only to wait for an extra long time. This was marketed as a tour of the coast and then to Capri, but the boat sped directly to Capri where we spent 4 hours. But once on Capri, it was a 25€ bus ticket to get anywhere. That should have been explained ahead of time and should have been included with the price of the tour as it certainly could have been arranged. While 4 hours may seem like a long time, it was not, given the sheer number of tourists on Capri. We had just enough time to take the lift to the top in Anacapri and have lunch. If you want to shop (I did not) and enjoy Capri leisurely, this is not the tour for you. After boarding back on the boat we only went to 1 location to swim for 20 mins. Another disappointment as there were certainly other spots we could have enjoyed the water, especially being in the heat of Capri. The boat also had no shade, and was not very comfortable.
