What To Expect

Your day cruise to Capri kicks off with convenient pickup at the meeting point you choose in Praiano, Positano, or Amalfi and transport to the departure port. Board the shared boat and set off from the mainland for the scenic crossing to Capri, taking in views of the Bay of Naples and the island along the way.

Cruise around the island to admire coastal landmarks like the White Grotto, Villa Malaparte, the Faraglioni, Marina Piccola, and the Punta Carena lighthouse. If the wait to enter is not too long and the passengers on board vote to stop, you will also visit the Blue Grotto (not guaranteed).

Afterwards, dock at Marina Grande and enjoy four hours of free time on the island to shop and sightsee before boarding for the return cruise to the departure dock, where you’ll be picked up for drop-off at your selected meeting point.

This is really a trip we recommend. Actually, the boat trip to/from and around Capri was the best part of the whole experience. Swimming twice is really refreshing and and an experience in the turquoise water. The boat had 25 travellers which was no problem. Perfect layout for the trip, either in front on sun deck, or comfortably in the shade in the back. The captain made sure everyone got a view of every attraction, also reversing into the caves. We really recommend this trip.

Disappointing :(

Firstly, the boat is a bit small for the amount of people on the trip so it felt quite cramped and some people had to sit on the deck. The weather wasn't the best which couldn't be helped but the water was very choppy and a lot of people did feel seasick on the way ( this seems to be common from the other reviews so cancelling and providing a refund might have been better). Again, due to weather and seasickness we weren't able to enjoy any of the sights along the way and so it just felt like a simple boat trip to Capri, a way of transport rather than an experience. We arrived at Capri and had 4 hours of free time, which was actually too much for us. Beyond all the designers shops there are some nice walks and restaurants but not too much else to pass the time. It's very pretty and we're glad we went, but a ferry ride would have been similar and a lot cheaper. The return journey was a little better and smoother, we were offered a small cup of prosecco and some SMALL biscuits/pastries as the snack that's included. We didn't feel like the drinks and the snacks that were offered were reflective of the cost of the trip. Overall, it was great to see Capri, but I would recommend taking the ferry to get value for your money. The people running the trip were really nice but compared to other boat trips we've done there wasn't much effort put in.

We feel a bit unfair and reductive comparing our 30 people boat tour to a ferry ride, considering that this is a guided boat tour of the island of Capri which also includes an aperitif with snacks and beverages, prosecco wine, the use of towels, masks, stops for swimming, etc. It is clearly indicated on the platform from which you booked, that this is a Shared boat tour with up to 30 people and that the tour includes about 4 hours of free time to spend at your leisure in Capri. Small boat, raugh sea

The sea was very raugh and people were starting to get sick. We were not able to go near the blue groto, white groto, under the arch or even drink proseco even though it was offered. We stop at the place we were suppose to swim but the boat was to small it was moving a lot. We had to go back an hour earlier. I suggest to pay 15 EU to get to Capri in a bigger ship and if the weather is good just take a tour from Capri around the island and the blue groto and is cheaper

This boat tour was my favorite part of our trip to Amalfi! We left from Amalfi on the rubber boat to meet up with the main boat which was very easy and on time. Alex the captain of the trip is great! Tells you about different land marks, provides beverages and snacks, and let us hook up our phone to play music on the ride back. We stopped at blue grotto which was incredible, luckily majority wanted to go in it for 18€ each plus tip. Capri was a dream, which we could’ve been there longer. Everything was seamless and the staff really ensure you have a great time.

Such a wonderful trip to Capri! An added bonus was that we were able to stop and go into the Blue Grotto on the way! Not crowded at all. The weather was perfect. They even stopped to let one of the guests swim in the water on the way back! A truly amazing experience.

Wonderful day but more like a shuttle

Certainly was a wonderful day. Wouldn’t call it much of a cruise or tour. It’s much more of a shuttle to capri with a stop by the grottos. But fortunately it was gorgeous and swimming in the coast was incredible.

This trip was just an expensive ride to Capri Saw a white and Green grato for 2 minutes got to blue grato there was a one hour wait so did not do that Badically a waste of money no explanations of anything about Capri for a 45 minute ride

Our boat trip to Capri was cancelled due to the wind but they offered us to do a boat trip along the Amalfi coast instead. This was the best day we had while there! We had a chance to swim, stop at the emerald grotto and learn a little bit about the coast! This was amazing! A boat trip is a must when coming to positano!!

The cruise was hassle free and everything was organised. We were expecting snacks however a full meal was provided buffet-style with unlimited drinks (alcoholic and non-alcoholic). Swimming spots were amazing and fantastic commentary of the sights along the way. Truly a unique experience and wonderful way to experience the sunset.
