Disappointed and misinformed.

Booked to the tour specifically with idea to visit Moser museum and glass factory. After getting to Karlovy Vary tour guide informed us that it’s closed due to the national holiday. Felt completely disappointed and lied to. There is no way tour operator did not know about biggest national holiday and museum closing ahead of time. In addition driver / tour guide had an issue with police because of car parking and left us in the middle of the tour to deal with his issue. Overall not worth the money and better just take a train and explore on your own.

Hello! I am sorry that Moser was closed, I didn't realise it would be closed because of the holiday until the very last moment. It is fair to say we gave you a 20% refund for it. Also I wouldn't call the 8th of May the biggest national holiday, we are not communist anymore. Best regards, Patrik

SCONSIGLIATA Troppo cara per Quello che offre Presa ottima ore 8 macchina ottima .trasferimento in 3 ore Guida impegnata nella conduzione del veicolo che si distrae mostrando cartine e e indicando luoghi creando un poco di apprensione. Brevissima pausa caffè e toileparcheggio siamo alle 12 tur della citta breve e delle fontane di 2 ore nessun tempo libero .Partenza a richiesta obbligatoria ore 14 pena pagamento ulteriori 50 euro ora. Costo per due persone 580 Euro ?????? Sconsigliata .
