    Great tour to see the city! Luis Alfredo Sanchez was our tour guide and he was amazing. I’d recommend him everyday! He made sure we saw everything, spent time explaining the culture and history, and was just overall a great guide!

    Enjoyed our day with JB as our guide and Junior as our driver! JB was funny and engaging from the moment we met him! Junior was quiet and laughed along with the group! Lots of pictures taken and JB showed off his photographic skills!! Thoroughly enjoyed our first tour of Puerto Plata!

    We had amazing time! Alfredo is so fun and knowledgeable. I learned so much about Puerto Plata history and culture. It was wonderful to have a private tour in his comfortable van. We saw so many beautiful places, ate empanadas and drank too much rum, lol. I highly recommend this tour. It was perfect!

    Everything was perfect! We were met by our guide, Alfredo, at the port on time and began our tour. The highlights of the tour were Umbrella Street, Parque Central Independencia, Macorix House of Rum and Gold Chocolate Factory, just to name a few. Alfredo was proud to explain the Island of the Dominican Republic. This was a very through tour and I would recommend this tour to everyone.

    Overall 10/10 experience on this excursion with Alfred and could not recommend him enough!! Would give him 10 stars if I could. He was extremely professional, made sure he was picking my girlfriend and I up from the correct location and was right on time. He was talkative throughout the whole tour and was always sure to tell us interesting history and facts about Puerto Plata. He personally drove us around to every place listed in the excursion description and gave us ample amount of time when we were there. He went out of his way to also be our personal photographer throughout the day. He gave us such great memories that we will always remember. Earlier in the day, my girlfriend had mentioned that she would love to go to the cable cars and see the Christ the Redeemer statue. Since we had enough time, he was more than gracious to take us there. He once again took amazing pictures for us and walked us around the botanical garden as well! Could not recommend Alfred enough if you are looking to have a great day seeing Puerto Plata. We had such a great time with him, that we already booked another excursion with him for later in the week and can’t wait to leave another great review!

    The tour with Alfredo was absolutely fantastic!! It was an educational experience and fun every single moment we spent riding, walking and talking with him. Alfredo became one of the family during our visit with him as he showed us around this beautiful city. I’d recommend this tour and especially the tour with my brother Alfredo, to any and everyone visiting the island.
