Diego was a fabulous guide; fun, informative and followed our lead. I took many, many photos and I never felt rushed. There were a variety of beautiful beaches and the hike was varied with rock scrambles, sandy beaches, and everything in between. Well worth the money and highly recommend 🙌🏻

This trip does not have any safety whatsoever! No consent sign consider the hikes is quite dangerous, especially for those who has never hiked before, please do not do it! Even for some that quite athletic, and I am consider myself pretty athletic, the experience was pretty surprising, which is not explain on the site. We had to look where was our tour guide, instead of he was looking for us, on our 1st arrival before the bus ride. On the top of that, we took public bus that was not comfortable. The bus is not safe with lots of passengers in the bus, until some are standing due to no more seats. On to the next hikes he kept saying it is easy, easy.... which there NOT! He should not have said that, just to get the people. He does not think any safety whatsoever the the people who join his hike. I am glad that some of our friends had to stop and took boat ride and not continued with the hikes. The had to pay out of pocket for this boat ride. Because if they did, that would be very dangerous for them since they do not have much experience on doing hiking. It mentioned 6 hidden beaches and with the snorkeling, that was not what happened. it was only 4 beaches, and only 1 beach that you can really stop to be at the water. You only have 15-20 minutes to be at the beach, the rest you just kept walking until the end of the hike for you get the boat to be back where you began. About snorkeling, this tour guide giving un-sanitated equipment from his backpack and just gave them to the people who wanted them, and at the side of beach which are not clean at all. When you call it snorkeling experience, it should be on the separate area or at the of the beach. It is a mess! Even we could not choose our own restaurant where we would like to eat, since the tour guide told us quite rudely, where else... where else you want to eat, this is the best one in this area, which that is not true because we could see better places to eat. We were sure he get some share from the restaurant. On that point we just want to get back and done with this tour. Gladly the food is not disappointing. So kudos for this restaurant. I would not recommend this trip.
Definitely a must do while on Puerto Vallarta

This hike was quite easy. Not strenuous at all. There was a little bit of up and down but noting that felt like actual real hiking. The beaches we visited were nice and empty, no crowds on a Monday. The boat ride back was worth the extra $250 pesos because we rode by the Arcos national parks and we go to see some sea life as well as a blue footed booby. It was an all day event and I would def recommend this.
Diego and Alex are awesome!

Diego and Alex were both very helpful guides and did a GREAT job showing me around! (They deserve a pay raise 😁) They made sure everyone had a great time and a safe travel.
Great fun, but be prepared.

Had a very good time. I will tell you that this is not an easy hike. You need to wear proper hiking shoes with tread and don't bring tote bags like half of the women did. Bring a proper backpack for your things like sunscreen, water bottles and towel if you need it. Wear your swim suit under your clothes. It is physically demanding and not for you if you can't walk on a treadmill for 60min or have bad knees. Bring money because you will pay at that restaurant at the end. Guide has arrangements with the vendors he uses and they are more expensive then in town. Also they will offer you a boat ride back to PV at the end and it was like $275 pesos. Or just take the included boat ride back to the bus. Over all a great experience the unprepared hikers were the ones that cause hold ups and delays.
Get your heart rate up!!

Fantastic moderate hike beginning in Boca at the end of the road and going to 6 beaches. You will stop at 4 of them because 2 are rocky. Alex was a fun and personable guide who grew up in the area and has hiked this trail 1000 times. Snorkeling is decent - sometimes the water clarity isn’t the best. We liked taking the public transit with our group and after the hike a water taxi back to boca. Bring at least 1.5L of water per person. Thank you Alex!!
Breathtaking views. Excellent guide

Guillermo was an excellent guide. The hike is a good workout, and we had a diverse range of abilities in our group, from a couple of teenagers with their parents, a couple of young men, and a couple of middle aged ladies. Guillermo was always making sure everyone was doing ok, and offering a hand where the grade was steep or the steps large. Being of shorter stature, I did find it very helpful that I had brought a treking pole with me. Made it easier to manage some of the steeper inclines. Would 100% recommend
Awesome beaches in PV

All the beaches were beautiful! Alex, our tour guide made us feel safe and helped us along, those of us who needed some extra encouragement. This was our send time doing this hike and it was still worth it! If you want to explorer PV at its finest, this is a must hike. Just be prepared as it may be a bit challenging for some folks.

Eric was a fabulous guide and offered so many more special touches than were advertised. The hike is definitely physically challenging but the beaches were worth it.
Lovely hike with beautiful beaches and a very pleasant tour guide

It was a 6-7 hour hike of intermediate difficulty. On the way we came across beautiful, clean beaches and swam in the ocean a bit. The tour guide was very helpful. And the lunch at the end was amazing. Would recommend this.
Great adventure hike. Loved the coconut water and mango stop.

Good hiking tour. We enjoyed the hike along the coast very much. Great guide and provided good information.
Amazing time in the sun and water.
Walker_M, Apr 2024
Hike was easy, even in flip flops! Not that I would recommend you do so. Lol. Guide was extremely nice and went above and beyond to make sure everyone was comfortable and safe. Trail was about 6km and ended with lunch on a beautiful beach. We returned on a boat taxi which was amazing given we were all pretty tired by the end of it. 10/10 experience. Highly recommend.

This was rated best excursion by our family of four with 2 college aged kids. An intermediate hike that provides some fun terrain to navigate. Alex was a fantastic guide! He made sure to let our kids go ahead as they liked to forge ahead, while making sure everyone in our group of 10 met up ant the main beaches for a short rest. We even got to see a whale late in the season. Food at the end was also quite tasty, and we enjoyed pleasant conversations with the people we met in our group. The short water ride back to the bus stop was also enjoyable. We recommend for sure!
Really great experience!...

Really great experience! Definitely not a beginners hike. We also weren’t able to snorkel. But the beaches were beautiful! Alex was an excellent guide.
Fun, enjoyable tour!

A enjoyable fun day but was also challenging with the hike. Loved the first beach. Guide was considerate and friendly. Helped a tour member who was struggling which was very nice of him. A great overall tour!
Amazingly excellent Hike

Beautiful beaches, fairly easy walk but bring lots of cash for food. The guide was very nice and knowledgeable but we were left to come back on our own or pay more money for a boat to PV
