Don’t Waste Your Time!!

Roberto, Nester and Easy were very unprofessional. Made nasty comments to people in the group. I’m sure they were trying to be funny, but it didn’t land very well. Most of the 9 people in the group had a bad taste in our mouths. We didn’t have time to swim because they were rushing us. Plus, all the loungers were already taken. Save your money and go to Vallarta Adventures!

Guapa, our tour guide was fabulous. It was a great experience. I was a little fearful being on the horses. They were all gentle. Tequila tasting was great. Although our instructor spoke English, we weren't sure wait he was saying. Food and pool time was amazing

Bring close-toed shoes, a bandana, a backpack, and a hat! Dusty trails. The trip was fun overall. Very hot so bring extra sunscreen. The pool at the end was well needed and refreshing. The tequila was excellent and they sell delicious fresh agave syrup as well. Recommend!

Talking to Saul at the beginning of our trip about European trips, to the incredible horse ride along the river and swimming with them(never ever been on a horse), to La Dulca Vista; tequila tasting and buying, to a fantastic lunch, just all round incredible. Come visit Vancouver Saul!!!!

Fun Time!

Horses were Great. I’m sure they know the route so well that they could do it blind folded. Horses were Gentle and nobody should fear riding if even a beginner. Quads, cars and dogs did not spook these Guys. Saul was our guide and was excellent. Izzy was our tequelia guide and was quite the comic! Resort afterwards was gorgeous and meal provided was Great. Good value for the tour, and a way to see rural Mexico.

Our guide “Saul” (spelling ?) was great! The final destination was a beautiful serene villa style resort with great staff and a very educational tequila tasting. The tour doubles as a cooking class also and the chef served an amazing spread of food! The horses were well cared for trained. Just a beautiful experience all the way around and we would do it again!!

We will never forget our amazing day filled with horseback riding, tequila tasting, a fantastic lunch and getting to swim with our horses in the river!! Big thanks to Saul for being an absolutely phenomenal guide, we will be back!

Went with my gf on this excursion. It said the tour guide spoke English so we figured not knowing Spanish wouldn’t be a problem. Out of the group of 11, we were the only ones who didn’t speak Spanish but everyone (except one person who spoke French) could also speak English. The guide paid little attention to us, explained everything in Spanish even though he knew English. People on the tour with us were nice enough to translate his directions and explanations for us even though our guide spoke good English. Little explanation (in Spanish) on how to ride the horse and then you are off. Guide was not helpful to my gf who was having trouble with her horse, ignored her questions about how to properly stop her horse and was rude when one of the ropes on the reins were not properly set up. We understand we are in Mexico and English is not the main language, but the tour site says the guide is in English, and the guide spoke English, but he chose to not include us in any of the conversations, explanations, and directions. That being said, once the horse ride was over the tequila tasting was amazing, that tasting operator was very nice and had a great time tasting their amazing tequila. The food was great! although my gf and I were given smaller plates without chorizo while the rest of the group got everything and an extra plate piled with meat that was not offered to us. I understand I sound like a complaining white person but it was genuinely rude, and for a tour that is marketed as an English speaking guided tour, the horse guide was not inclusive, snappy, and off putting. (For whoever runs this, Tequila tasting is 5 stars, the ending area is 5 stars, the guide for the horses was 2 stars)

It appears you had a 5-star tequila tasting, a 5-star ending area, and a 2-star horse guide experience that adds up for a final 2 stars grade. Everything was amazing! We started off on a trail and rode through some small villages and creek, than went straight to tequila tasting, finished off with some amazing lunch, margaritas, and pool time, than rode back to the ranch! Highly recommend this tour!

I went horseback riding with my family and we had a great time! The horses were very friendly. The food and margaritas were great! This was a highlight of the trip! We all had a fun time and would recommend this excursion.

Wow, what an amazing journey and very well worth it! You are greeted by friendly hosts and feel very welcome! After a short trip in a vehicle you arrive and get paired onto a horse of your experience level. They take you through rural areas and streams, absolutely stunning views! The horses are well trained and there were 3 guides with us a the trail to keep everyone together. The tequila tasting and lunch were spectacular! Easily the best tequila you’ve ever had and even if you aren’t that into tequila! The tasting was very informative and I can’t wait to school all my amigos when I get home. 10/10 experience!

Saul Robles “Chufó” was our tour guide and was very informative throughout the tour! This is a great way to get a more intimate tour and definitely would recommend. This tour takes you through small little towns outside of Puerto Vallarta and more in touch with the local community. Beautiful retreat at the end at Dulce Vista was very relaxing as well!

I have just had one of the best excursions. Day started out by being picked up in zebra striped topless Nissan. Arrived at start point for horseback riding which was awesome ending up at an amazing resort. We had a tequila tasting followed by margaritas and then a authentic Mexican lunch. We spent the next few hours having drinks, swimming in pool and enjoying great selection of tunes.

This experience was a 10/10! The vaqueros made us feel safe and comfortable throughout the horseback ride. Our host, made us feel like family and took photos and videos for us to remember the experience by. The tequila tasting and exclusive resort swim were unexpected but delightful surprises. The food was fantastic and the pool was a welcome respite after the ride. Don't miss out on this fantastic experience, it's a real winner!

The horseback ride alone is worth the money but then you get SO much more

Saul picked up my fiancé and myself (it was only us two in the group) at the pick up point in the coolest “zebra” convertible that just adds the to fun of the whole day! Gorgeous weather on our scenic drive to the ranch where we left for the horse ride. Rode horses through the countryside/town/over the river for about two hours and Saul took photos the whole time for us so we didn’t have to worry about that (he airdropped them all at the end of the day). Afterwards, Saul took us in the “zebra” to a cute little resort on the river, called Dulce Vista, where we had a tequila tasting (delicious tequila made by La Dulce Vista and learned a lot) and we had lunch provided for us (they will customize your meal based off of any food restrictions…we had no restrictions and the food was AMAZING) and then got to swim in the beautiful pool for a couple hours until it was time to go. We were so impressed with the whole day. Over the top in customer service and I would recommend this excursion to anyone who wants to experience a really cool part of Puerto Vallarta. The horseback ride alone is worth the money but then you get SO much more.
