A $15 USD insurance fee charge will be requested at check-in as Damage Deposit (non-refundable) that covers up to $500 USD in damages on each vehicle
Since the price of this activity is set per Person and NOT per Vehicle, If you want to Book an ATV for two people, you must select 2 Adults. (One ATV for 1 Guest is $136 usd, One ATV for 2 Guests is $198 usd)
Weight Restrictions ATV: 250 pounds or 110 Kg for Single Rider, 380 pounds is the combined weight limit for a Double Rider ATV
Weight Restrictions Zip Line: 250 pounds or 110 Kg
All drivers must bring a valid driver's license and must be 18 years or older (Teen Permits are not valid) Guests between the ages of 6 and 17 cannot drive ATVs and must accompany the driver.

Cancellation Policy

You can cancel up to 24 hours in advance of the experience for a full refund.

For a full refund, you must cancel at least 24 hours before the experience’s start time.
If you cancel less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded.

Any changes made less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time will not be accepted.
Cut-off times are based on the experience’s local time.

Highlight of our trip

Wow the Zip lining and ATVs were absolutely a highlight of our trip! We started out with the zip lines and were a little groggy as it was the middle of our trip. But the guides brought the energy and got us excited! The zip lines themselves definitely woke us up! We had a blast. I would recommend the experience to anyone. I just hope they’d get to experience the kind, funny, and passionate guides that we got to have. They were the best. We also had a blast on the ATVs. Our guides kept us safe and made sure we had a good time. The tequila tasting and food were great. It was cool to get outside of the city and see more of beautiful Puerto Vallarta. I would absolutely recommend this company to anyone looking for a little adventure during their time in PV! :)

The highlight for me was the zip line. I was completely afraid to do it at first but, Jorge and Jose were amazing! They made me laugh the whole time I eventually forgot I was scared!. 10 out of 10 would recommend!

Fun time with family. Nice long ride in the city and hillside. The zip line was fast but low stress with Jorge and Jose. Sometimes the wait for the van is longer than expected between atv and zip line.

Service good, Viator notification need some work

Experience was great. However, I received a time change 24 hours before tour was to begin. This is not a good business practice. I was without internet and did not receive the notification. While I received a partial refund as requested, we were disappointed that we were unable to complete the full tour as booked and were not able to fulfill the zip line portion.

Such a fantastic experience!! This is the first time we did Zipline and we were pretty scared. But the guides were very friendly and made this a great experience. They were encouraging us at every step and truly appreciate it. We had so much fun that we will definitely be going back for more

Not worth it at all

Disappointing. The event didn't even leave until 10am (9am stated start time). The lead driver company employee was rude and seemed very angry to be there working. The trip was stalled for 45 mins while the whole group was made a marketing pitch for some tequila production company and then 5 mins back up the mountain to stall again for an hour. The employees said 40 mins and after an hour of them eating and playing on their phones, we went back down the mountain. We had to ask about the zip line portion because they were done and trying to get us to leave without getting that event. It took almost 6 hrs to do both when the App specifically said 4 hrs for all. Seemed like a scam to buy tequila from them and was very unorganized.

The ATV's and our Guide Uriel were Great! The Jungle Restaurant and Tequila tasting before the Zip Line Adventure was excellent. Our Zip Line Guides were amazing as were each of the lines.

ATV ride was wonderful but my ATV was taken away from me after I ride just 50ft. I have 30 years experience in driving motor bikes. My wife and daughter were waiting inside as instructed and came late we were not ready when I was asked to GO. But I had to go and had some starting trouble. But the whole experience was ruined by taking away my ATV. I need a refund as. Was provided only 1 ATV and I paid for 2 ATVs. Zip line was good but low and small. Last time we did very high zip line in the clouds.

Our guides will always be prioritizing the safety of our guests, we want to clarify that this excursion is not a race or speed driving, it is a sightseeing tour, our guides noticed that you did not respect the basic safety rules and after several warnings, we had to take the ATV guaranteeing the safety of all our guests and the citizens who circulate through the streets and paths of our excursion. This experience is not based on ATV driving experience, all interested people can enjoy it, with or without driving experience, you simply have to respect traffic regulations and our guides, who work for your safety. Fun and exciting!!

The atv ran very well and we were able to move along at a pretty good pace, not slow at all. The guide, “Chuck Norris”, did a great job at navigating us through the city streets until we were in the hills. Then we rode at a fun speed until the zip line location. The location for the zip line was incredible, a true oasis. The zip line course was very fun, safe and well organized. Afterwards the lunch they served us was probably some of the best authentic Mexican food I’ve ever had. After a speedy and fun ride back to home base, we couldn’t help but feel like we made a good choice on this tour.

Family Fun

It was five of us and we had a really nice time. You get extremely dusty, so wear old clothes, but it was a lot of fun. The tour guides were very friendly and they all had a good sense of humor which made the excursion even better. They also have a restaurant in the mountains that allows you to get something to drink and relax before the ride back. All in all it is definitely worth the money!

4 wheel & Zip lining Fun

Fun 4 wheeling and zipping, would do it again! A little dusty at times driving on the roads up the mountain, but cool experience. Got to see real life outside of a resort. Zip lines were super fun! Good variety of short & long, as well as high up and closer to the ground. Food was extra cost, but really good, worth eating something. The tequila history and drinks at the end was cool.

Not what we expected!

This was nothing what we expected. The pictures are not of the actual experience. We went in June and it was quite dry and dirty. More dirty than expected. We took our 2 boys and rode on 2 ATVs, one in front of the other. It was a little frustrating because you have to find your own transportation to their location and we didn't know they had 2 locations. I had the address and the google map location sent to us, and used that to show the taxi driver and he took advantage of us. He charged us twice the price and took us to the wrong location. I think he just looked at the name Wild Treks and just took us to the location he knew. After paying him too much, we went in and found out we had to go across town to the other location. I told the employee how much we had paid to get their and what had happened and asked if she could help us get a taxi to take to the other location and she helped us. But we had to pay 200 more pesos. The transportation costs were quickly adding up. We finally got there got all ready to go. It's good to know that you are driving the ATV on local paved roads for a period of time and stopping at stop lights with cars. I felt a little unsafe driving like that but our guide was good about frequently looking over his should as us to make sure we were behind him. We drove our ATVs on a very dry and dusty, rocky road for a ways. You have to wear a mask or bandanna because of the dust you become covered in from head to toe. You drive to a ranch where they are hoping you will buy a lunch that will be ready to eat after your ziplining. We ordered chips, guacamole and salsa because we weren't very hungry. That was very good. The zipling was a lot of fun and we felt safe. There are some ziplines you have to hike a steep but short distance to. We did enjoy the ziplines and they will take pictures of you doing it but they are very expensive. You aren't allowed to take your phones on the ziplines. I hade a fanny pack and they wouldn't let me. So don't think you are going to be able to take any pictures of each other and not buy their picture package. Then you drive on the same roads back to the Wild Treks store location. You are asked to tip for ziplining, your ATV guides, and those cleaning the ATVs when you get back. We enjoyed it for the most part but it was in a very dirty, dry area and not at all what we expected and it certainly doesn't look like the pictures. I do think it is overpriced. You will get very dirty!

We are very sorry that your taxi driver made a mistake or did not read the address that is clearly detailed in the reservation, we recommend taking Uber since taxi drivers often try to take advantage of people who are not locals, or just to make sure that you are being taken to the address that is listed in the reservation. We are glad to know that in both experiences you had a good time with our guides, the truth is that they love what they do and give everything of themselves for their guests, keep in mind that they waited for about an hour due to the confusion of the taxi driver. Sadly and also explained in the confirmation email, the rain season in PV is from June to November, outside of that season the tour is very dusty, however many guests loved this as they prefer dust to mud and many others even more adventurous loved both scenarios . It has been a pleasure having you as our guests and we hope to see you soon on your next visit to Puerto Vallarta! Thank you!

Fun, but dusty and can be a bit pricey with add-ons

The ATV ride is very rough and EXTREMELY dusty and dirty, so be prepared for that; dress with that in mind - long pants, socks, tennis shoes that you don't mind getting dirty and preferably long sleeves. Women, tie your hair back. You might want to bring your own buff, but you can borrow one of their bandanas for $2 (which you get back) to put across the lower half of your face to keep dust out of your nose and mouth. Anything you carry like a backpack will become embedded with dust. I'm sure that's because of it being May when we took the trip. The guides were fun and safety-conscious. Zip lines were a blast. Before you leave, they will take some money for insurance. It's not $10 like stated, but more like $13. Also, once you arrive at the start of the zip line, there is a "ranch" where you can pre-order a meal that is ready once you finish the zip lines. Then there are pictures to buy and tequila as well. All this is to say that you should bring plenty of cash if you plan to make purchases.

Visited PVR to celebrate my partner’s birthday and our anniversary. Sam, Armando, and Christian were amazing guides for the zip lining. Had the pleasure of being guided by Sam on the ATVs as well. The whole excursion was great and definitely worth it. The food was top notch. Highly recommended.
