PLEASE ARRIVE 15 MINUTES EARLY FOR CHECK-IN - The tour leave promptly on time. If you are late you will be left behind.
Please note: minimum age is 6 years and all drivers must have a valid driver's license. If selecting the driver only option, the price is per ATV, simply select the number of passengers traveling and you'll be assigned that number of ATVs. If selecting the driver and passenger option, you can only select an even number of travelers as this option is reserved for sharing 1 ATV for every 2 people.

Cruise Ship Passengers: Please allow 90 minutes from ship docking time to arrive at our location.
Maximum Combined weight is 400 lbs / 180 kg
- The tour operates rain or shine unless conditions are unsafe.
Children must be accompanied by an adult.
Before reaching the mountain trails you will be driving the ATV through old town Puerto Vallarta.
Pregnant Travelers and people with heart problems cannot participate
This tour/activity will have a maximum of 9 travelers

Cancellation Policy

You can cancel up to 24 hours in advance of the experience for a full refund.

For a full refund, you must cancel at least 24 hours before the experience’s start time.
If you cancel less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded.
Any changes made less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time will not be accepted.

Cut-off times are based on the experience’s local time.
This experience requires good weather. If it’s canceled due to poor weather, you’ll be offered a different date or a full refund.

The Guides were fun! The views from the mountains are spectacular. The Tequila farm was so entertaining and informative. The lunch stop was absolutely hands down the best mexican seafood we have eaten after a week in PV. From our first exchange on the phone to the welcomed face cloth at the end our experience was top notch, staff is friendly, professional and helpful. Highly recommend this adventure!

Well, first, the staff and ATV team were the best!!! Pedro was very welcoming and spoke english... and helped get me setup. Then, the adventure began!! Angel led the way - the main or lead ATV guide. Very safe and cautious but also knew when to let us open it up! The path up the mountains was great - many switchbacks and exciting! Erick and Charlie kept watch over us from rear and forward..... changing positions to direct traffic - like the vaca mama cow at the dry river bridge! :D.... - and to take our pics. The ATV was very responsive and powerful, and altho I tried not to fishtail, failed often ;) and then there was the ranch - wonderful tequilla tasting and hosts - much fun amd entertaining!!! It was a show onto itself! :p) They make their own brand of tequilla - moy bien mas!! The river stop at the restaurant was excellent - food, service, and cervases!! Definitely recommend this adventure and team!!!

Fun day trip

We had a great time over 3 hours on the ATVs. The tour starts in town and you ride the ATVs up to the hills to loop up and down before heading back to town. There’s a stop at a bar and a restaurant. The guides did a great job keeping pace and directing traffic. It was a little jarring to ride in traffic. We had to decline the tequila tasting 4 times, so a bit of a hard sell.

Fun trip! It’s a good combination of seeing the hills of Puerto Vallarta (San Fransisco has nothing on on this city) and adventure riding. Definitely dusty in the dry season so dress accordingly. Save some money for the tequila tour. Great local tequila and food options. Guides were friendly and professional. Couldn’t have asked for more

You get your money’s worth with this tour. The guides are great and make everything really simple. The views are amazing. They even give you a towel to wipe off all the dust. If you’re in PV do this tour you won’t regret it!

My girlfriend thoroughly enjoyed riding her quad! It was a blast for me to see her hanging on! The tour was fun and we enjoyed the climb up the hill to the restaurant and bar. The guys were extremely accommodating. We were running late because of a previous meeting and they waited for us! Thank you very much!

First Time Atv Driver

This was my first time driving an Atv and I had a lot of fun! I was very anxious at first but as the ride went on, I loosened up. It was only 2 of us in our group ; myself and another solo traveler in which was exciting because I was able to converse with her about her travels. The ride is great for beginners. The scenery is beautiful!!! And there is a photographer that captures images of you along the ride! Some things to take into consideration ::: EAT BEFORE OR AFTER the tour, wear clothing that you do not mind getting dusty, bring a swim suit and towel, if you are a more experienced atv rider you may want to ask if they offer a more exciting path, and be prepared to be asked for a tip. (It’s apparently customary for everyone in the service industry to ask for a tip. Instead of it being given organically.)

If I could give 6 stars, I would! This is one of the best tours I’ve ever been on. Angel, his working partner, and the rest of the crew did an awesome job giving us the full experience. Riding through the city, going up in the mountains, a free tequila tasting, stopping to get food, it just has it all. And, they’re all funny and having a great time doing it. If you want to ride ATVs, this is the tour for you!

Fund to ride the ATVs but wouldn’t go again

Wasn’t OK excursion. Never did get to go through the water which is why we came. Our guide was a bit rude. At the end of the tour they take you to tequila tasting for the purpose of selling you overpriced tequila bottles. Then they take you to probably one of their friends, Restaurants so you buy food at this restaurant.

Thanks for sharing your experience to help out other travelers. It's good for visitors heading to Vallarta to know that during the dry season from December to May, water levels might be low. Just a heads up for safety: we're not big on promoting or selling Tequila at Estigo. You'll find all stops in the mountains selling tequila and doing tastings. Plus, the tequila tasting is voluntary, so no pressure. And the restaurant we hit up at the end of the tour ? It's a real gem, been there for ages by the river, serving up great food in a stunning setting. That's why we keep bringing visitors there. We always recommend checking out all the reviews so you know what you're getting into. We've got tons of raving five-star reviews for the exact tour you took, so you know you're in for a good time.

The adventure starts right at the ATV shop, with a quick ride through the city. Once you hit the country roads you’re met with some spectacular views. The pit stops for tequila tasting and lunch are well thought out and worth splurging on. And the best part, they take pics and video along the way, which they send you a link to post excursion.

We had a great time. It was my girlfriends favorite activity. Charlie our guide was great. The only thing is out of the 3 ATV tours I've been on I would say this was the most tame of them. If you are looking for something more than a dirt road and a couple of bumps I might pass on this one.

Fun Tour!

Had a great time! This was my first time on an ATV, guides provided a great presentation on how to use the ATV. The ride was so fun, I did a solo ATV. We stopped to try some small tastings of tequila (not too much since I was driving), made salsa, had yummy tortillas. Our next stop we had lunch and it was really good. The guides were excellent they always checked on us to make sure we were safe and following along. Thank you!
