Amazing time - you get muddy but it’s worth it. The guides are fantastic! Highly recommend this trip! We had 4x4s and was easy to drive- the beach was beautiful and the coffee and cacao stop was wonderful!

They did not pick us up directly in front of our hotel. We had to walk a mile from the lobby to the security. They were 45 min late picking us up. The ride to the excursion was 45 min. When we arrived they had no drinking water, for sale or otherwise. We were bombarded by people begging for money. Then bombarded by a group of men luring us off coarse to buy from them. At least 15 of them. It did not feel safe. Everywhere they took us felt like a set up for people to try to get money from us. Some places were extremely dirty. The experience was very long.

Shuttle service is a joke, our machines engine light was flashing the entire time and was way down on power, handlebars were broken, and had no rear brakes. Chocolate and coffee tasting felt like a money grab. Only good thing was the 15 minute swim water cave. The reason it has so many 5 star reviews is the guide will have you connect to WiFi to have you pull up the review tab on your phone where he will then press the 5 star option for you. Do not recommend!

Derly and his staff were great and we had a super enjoyable experience. This is mine and my husband second time and we enjoyed it as much as the first. This time we went with friends who enjoyed it as well.

We went to the cave that was over crowded. The beach smelled terrible due to the seaweed was not cleaned up. We got back late from our excursion and missed our dinner reservation. And the path we took went past people's home and a family was hosting a funeral We went past 2 times.

Sorry for the inconvenience in your route, but we tried to do the cave first, to avoid having more people and let me tell you that we don't have many complaints about it, but we understand and believe in your word and we apologize a thousand times. As for the beach, the bad smell of algae is something that you will see in your hotel and everywhere, this sometimes happens over time. What a great day!! Our tour guide was Felix, he was wonderful!! Staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Definitely bumpy but we loved it. Macao beach was so beautiful. Wish we had more time there!!

Everyone we met were so welcoming and sweet. Estabàn was amazing overall, he takes amazing pictures and is so nice. However, if you are bringing children prepare them to see things they don’t usually see such as homeless people, naked children, and etc. The water cave was very nice as well, the whole group was there for about 30-45 minutes. Somewhat false advertising, there was no coffee or chocolate tasting other than letting people taste hot chocolate and smelling coffee. Overall, the tour guides made sure we had a lot of fun. DON’T STOP FOR ANYBODY THAT ASKS FOR MONEY while on atvs!!

We were picked up at our hotel and got to the ATV place. They had bandanas to buy if needed. Long ride on the ATV, which was nice, only thing we didn't like was they didn't let us go fast. Maybe one time we did it "without permission" but then they said slow down. Cenote was amazing. But they don't give you much time so be ready to swim immediately. The shop with coffee and cigars was crazy expensive compared to other excursion shops we found.

It was poorly planned tour agency. The organisers didn't revert to us until last few hours before the trip. Also the guide Louis didnt engage us much to even tell us how to operate the ATV clearly until we asked. It says there is coffee and chocolate tasting yet, there was no demonstration on that. The guy at the stopover was rambling on about all items being sold like green tea, honey and oil and coffee and cacao. We were told to smell bottles of it and straightaway he was asking for orders and also the drinks were exorbitant. Each cocktail was $20USD. There was no snacks anywhere until we reached the beach and we only had 25 min there!. At the cenote earlier, the life vest was not included and was charged speparely. They kept scaring us that it is 25m deep and if we are not a strong swimmer, then they cant help if any emergency of drowning! There was only one guy there near the Cenote and noone encouraged us to try it. Most people feared it after such frightening intro and left without trying. Also they kept taking pic of us throughout the ATV. Yet they ended off by sending us off in the buses without showing us any pic to choose! How ridiculous amd poor planners this agency is. Noone even asked us where we came from or made us feel welcomed to Dominican Republic. The locals dont talk much and cant even converse in English!

Regarding the purchase of products during the tour, we are not responsible in this regard, in fact we write them to you by email and we also tell you just before leaving each activity. As for snacks, we do not advertise that we offer it, sorry for the inconvenience. As for the life jacket, it is not included in this activity, which is why it is charged separately. As for the photos, it is always the first thing they do and if you did not demand it, we understand that there was no interest on your part. As for the locals, let me express that we are not an English-speaking country, we are Latinos and speak Spanish as the main language. We regret your concern. Regarding your expression that we are a ridiculous company, well let me tell you that you cannot imagine the effort of all our staff to sell happiness to our clients, because in life and at work we are perfect and we do not believe that we deserve this last expression. Water Cave was not really the cave that you can really jump into, that area was such a small area and so dark and the tour guide wasn’t built to do a cave jump. The coffee and cocoa tasting was semi fun the cocoa was good and the green tea with honey was good. The most exciting part of the event is literally the 4x4 and the beach hang out. There’s so much people trying to sell you stuff aggressively and be careful with sellers trying to do something for you NOTHING is free so be careful taking any photos with animals etc. make sure have a hat bandanas good glasses so much dirt flying, don’t forget a sunscreen and a towel maybe a change of clothes after the beach which was out last stop. Make sure bring a backpack to put all your stufff make sure have water and snacks handy.

Estevan was an added bonus behind the camera! If you book this tour make sure you get some memories to take home. We got many pictures and the price was very reasonable. Overall this excursion was excellent, highly recommend!

The beach was incredible, wish we had more time. I would skip the chocolate and coffee tasting. I found out this place rip people off by being pushy and over charge you, I don’t recommend you buy anything there because it’s a lot cheaper somewhere else.

Horrible experience. Tour around shops where you being forced to buy. You will not go to any local farm you will end up with a sellers who will give you coffee to smell in a shop prepared for tourists and force you to buy small bag of chocolate for 22 dollars. Has nothing to do with exploring a culture. Water cave looks nothing like the on in the picture it is basically a small hole where you can jump in and have no space to swim and you are being watched by people. Not mentioned that to get to this hole you need to pass market with sellers who do not understand the word „NO” and go downstairs where again even on the stairs you have sellers. It is just outrageous. Macao beach again looks nothing like a picture provided they makes it look like it is just you few people and wild pure beach around where in real life you have markets and sellers not letting you to do a step without their company. You are not a human for them you are just a bag with money. The saddest and most frustrating experience I ever had. I will never use viator again as they do not do proper checks if allow for a scam like this.
