If you are staying at a condo around los Corales, you can select Playa Turquesa and your meeting point will be at BAM Market. We pick up from most hotels and accommodations around Bavaro, Punta Cana, Macao and Uvero Alto area, if you cannot find it on the list, we might arrange a meeting point with you.

Such an amazing experience, i would highly recommend. The view while zip lining is breathtaking! Monkeyland was my favorite!!!! The monkeys are clean and live in their natural habitats not in cages. Must see!

Amazing time. Prepare for a full day out

The Ziplines and Monkeyland are amazing!! Staff during the Zipline were funny and so great helping people that were a little nervous to step off the ledge. We had rountrip transportation and loved the driver "American Tom Cruise". He took the time to share information about Dominican as we drove. The only downside to this excursion was the waiting around time. It was an 8 hour day and only 2 hours was actual activity. There was long wait to get on Zipline (especially the start of it) then it was backed up a bit at the other ones too. Visit in Monkeyland was only about 30 minutes but we waited around a long time before and after. Of course they give you additional time to look in gift shops as well. BRING A LOCK is important information too. We had a bag with money/phones etc and had to spend $5 to lock it up.

The location is about 30 minutes from the resorts. The tour guide, Angel, passed along some information about daily life in the villages outside of the resort. Brian, the bus driver, was safe & courteous. The ziplining was fun. The staff were professional, cheerful, and efficient. It’s obvious they love their job. Be warned, there are a lot of steps so if you have mobility issues, you should skip this one. Monkey land was amazing. The tour guide, Hamlet, made sure that everyone got ample time with the monkeys & time to take pictures, but you have to be quick. There is a professional photographer that you can buy zipline & monkey pics from. My only complaint is that I was not interested in the food tour at the end, but it wasn’t anything you could skip.

A Nice Well Executed Experience

This is the second time that my wife, daughter, and I have been at a major ziplining course. Our first time was a massive zipline course in Cancuun a few years ago. In short, we thoroughly enjoyed this zipline course and the staff that helped pull it off. We asked for pickup at our hotel, and the transport company arrived at our resort promptly. We made our way to the Zipline Course, and the staff got us checked in and rigged up quickly. Lockers were available at the HQ for stowage of purses, wallets, and the like. You have to pay for a lock, but it didn't cost much. The course we did was 12 lines, including 2 ultra long ziplines (over 1500 ft plus). Very exciting. Prior to executing the course, the staff gave a very thorough briefing on safety and proper technique. The equipment was in pristine working order and the experience went off without a hitch. Given the altitude of the course (it was fairly high up in the hills) and my overall level of fitness, I found myself VERY winded making my way between Lines 8 - 11. Executing the zipline course is not what I'd call athletic heavy lifting per se; however, you do have to climb MANY steps and manage your body fairly strenuously to safely traverse some of the lines. I would NOT recommend this if you're someone that gets very tired or winded climbing up 3 flights of stairs in an urban building; however, you don't need to be super athletic to do this. After the zipline course we went to visit the Squirrel Monkeys. OMG, they are off-the-wall CUTE and super smart. It was a super charming visit with the Monkeys and a good way to cap off what was a fairly long and strenuous couple of hours ziplining. Again, the staff were professional and gave us plenty of instruction for how to engage with the monkeys including what to do and what not to do. In short, I thoroughly recommend this experience. Between transit times and the activities between the zipline course and the Monkey Park, this is totally an "all day" experience. Thus, plan accordingly.

Zip lining was phenomenal, better than any we’ve before in Mexico. Guides were extremely thorough. Monkeys at Monkey Land are so amazing and fun!! They were so gentle! Coffee and cocoa demonstration was great! We even had an unexpected lunch! Would highly recommend this excursion!!! Traveled with friends. Our ages are 67-71. Had a blast.!!

First of all, this location is absolutely beautiful!!! It's breathtaking. We had SO MUCH FUN!! The people are all so nice and are there to help you all the way! The monkeys were absolutely adorable and VERY well taken care of. Could not have asked for a better trip!

Zip lining was so much fun. It was our first time and we both really enjoyed it. Felt completely safe. They have lockers to store your stuff for a fee. Instructor was fantastic and funny. Monkeys were cute and fast. They are hungry buggers. Enjoyed seeing them and it was an enjoyable experiance. Melvin was out guide and bryan was the driver. Both great.

The location was beautiful the only thing I would say is me and my partner was bruised from the straps the zip lines was very uncomfortable the view pretty but the actual zip lines wasn’t comfortable and if u don’t follow directions and get stuck they make you pull your bodyweight back to the end terrible and we paid for pictures, and I had to contact customer service to get them because they never sent them

This is a great combo of zip lines (12 of them) followed by visiting the cute little squirrel monkeys where you can feed them and have them playfully jump all around and over you including sitting on your head. There are attendants at each zip line platform to ensure you are safely secured so good 'comfort level'. Beautiful view of the mountains; very picturesque. Highly recommended.

The tour was great from start to finish. Our tour guide Carlos was very friendly and kept talking to us the whole way. Once we got to the ziplines the staff was very informative and showed us how to operate the ziplines properly. The ziplines were sooooo much fun, I had such a great time. But the highlight for me were the monkeys! 10/10 experience. They give the monkeys food & let them come all over you. They also allow you to take your own photos which is a plus. I would definitely recommend this tour to anyone.

Ziplines were super fun and do require moderate fitness as there are some stairs. I’m petite at a little over 100 lbs and got stuck on almost all the ziplines and had to pull myself to the platforms for the remainder of the way. This wasn’t a big deal to me except for the 800 meter line, where i got stuck midway. I made it but it was very physically exerting even for a fit 25 year old like me (imagine pulling your weight on a rope for 400 meters). We then had a small lunch that consisted of a hotdog, empanada and fruits with a brief show at a coconut house about some of the produce grown at the plantations there. It was basically another opportunity to buy overpriced coconut oil, chocolate, etc. but enjoyable nonetheless. We then got to spend time with the squirrel monkeys (probably like 30-45 minutes) and there were lots of photo opportunities and everyone had many interactions with many monkeys. Overall the experiences were so worth it. Also the views and gardens are absolutely amazing!

Overall just an unforgettable experience. Was happy to discover Monkey Land is a breeding sanctuary. Majority were born there and they have an incredible amount of space and their habitat is outdoors on the mountain. Once you arrive for one of many adventures you don’t have to take a bus to get to the next destination. Our driver was Renne and our guide was Jesus. Great story teller and information about Dominican Republic and specific to the area we were traveling through. Every single person was welcoming, happy and fun. Highly recommend!

This was an incredible experience. Very friendly people. A few areas to note: the ride home and back is rough roads so pack pain meds, and there is A LOT of walking and climbing stairs so be semi fit. Overall I highly recommend and Diego from Monkeyland was the best guide

This as an unforgettable day! The zip lines feel very safe and the workers were wonderful. The kids can do cables 1-8, then the adults can finish 9-12. They fed us lunch before getting to interact with the squirrel monkeys. It was truly amazing!

Really fun day, would recommend the afternoon session so you don’t need to get up too early. I’ve done other zip lines and these were fun and picturesque, not frightening. The guides are all really helpful and put you at ease. The time at coconut house was really informative, unfortunately no vegetarian option though (seems to be the Dominican Way). The monkeys are amazing, it was a large group but the guide made sure to work the whole crowd so that everyone got time with these friendly little creatures. My only complaint, other than the lack of vegetarian option for lunch, was the wait at the end for the people that were doing the jungle buggies. We had to wait an extra 45 minutes in the bus for them to finish which we weren’t told about (told 5-10 minutes) and was a frustrating end to the day given my empty stomach from not being able to have lunch. Other than that though our guides Melvin and Leonardo were great fun and did their best to bring a diverse crowd together. Would recommend this trip, just bring a snack along if you are vegetarian.
