Overview

Parasail 500 feet (150 meters) above the coast of Punta Cana, then go snorkeling off a party boat during this thrilling excursion. Don a safety harness and ascend into the sky, getting panoramic views of the spectacular Dominican coastline. We had an amazing experience! The parasailing was absolutely amazing. I've never seen such clear, blue water...especially from that high! The friendly staff made sure that we were enjoying every minute while on this excursion. We danced, had a few drinks and enjoyed the beautiful day out on the water. Special thanks to the 'Paparazzi', Alex Santana. He took the most amazing pictures of us throughout the day. So happy to have this amazing experience captured for us!

Rocky start

The excursion itself was great. The only problem was the pickup time. The excursion was to start @11:30am but we were contacted that they would pick us up @12:30. The driver still ran a few minutes behind & we also had to pickup more couples. We didn’t get started until around 2pm which seemed like an all day excursion. Besides that mishap, the overall experience was fun.

Disorganized and rushed

It was disorganized . Didn’t get to do the parasailing, which was the main reason we bought the excursion. The good thing is that we go partial refund. Everything felt rushed. The drinks hit, but besides that didn’t get to experience that much time for snorkeling with fish. And those who snorkel with sting rays/sharks (paid an extra $50) were not in the water for long but about 15 min long.

A very fun adventure!

We did parasailing first had some amazing views and a Spider-Man face parachute. I would estimate 5-7 minutes of being up in the air. My wife and I went up together and then three others of our family went up after us. Victor was our guide for the snorkeling, catamaran, and private beach and he was awesome. The snorkel spot had tons of fish swimming around the coral reef where we stopped. The bartender did amazing and everyone always had a drink in their hand. The fruit was delicious. The catamaran had a slide we could use when we stopped for snorkeling. The captain told me the catamaran we were on was a new boat and only 2 years old. We stopped at a private beach for 10-15 minutes for some photos. If we make it back down again I wouldn’t hesitate to do it again. We got the photos for the catamaran right away, but the parasailing photos took a couple days and a few emails to get.

We had a great time, the weather was very windy so the snorkeling was rough and we didn't get to parasail but we were offered the buggies instead and still had a great time.

Don’t Sign Up-Horrible Rip Off Experience

The site says the experience begins at noon - we were picked up at 1:40pm. We were put on the wrong boat - we had to tolerate what was clearly an adult-focused party boat with my 13 year old daughter, which was not what I signed up for - I had signed up for the parasailing and snorkeling only. Others in our group had as well, and were also subjected to this misery - they were quite upset too. There was no organization or coordination - it’s as if you’re taken to a beach that is packed with other boats and you’re handed off to whomever will take you. We had to dangerously transfer twice to other boats to have the parasailing experience. The snorkeling was advertised to take place in a natural pool - we were taken further into the ocean where we had to battle a strong current and sizable waves. We were told we would be back to our hotel by 6:30 - we were dropped off at 7:30. Absolutely not worth the hundreds of dollars we were charged.

As for the waves during snorkeling, it is something that we cannot control, sometimes the waves rise a little, but we do not put our clients at risk. Regarding the fact that it was a party boat, we are sorry that you did not like it, thanks to this comment we will try to segment the groups, thus avoiding these complaints. Amazing excursion. The parasailing was so much fun. Snorkeling was beautiful. The party cove was so much fun. As a family of 7 we all felt it was the best way to end our vacation.

We booked this excursion thinking it was just a para sailing and snorkeling experience but we ended up on a cruise on an amazing party boat and got to swim, eat and drunk for hours. Katson our guide was great and so much fun!

I’m When we were parasailing and snorkeling, it was great. What the description doesn’t tell you is, you could be waiting over an hour before the first activity and in between activities outside a shack on the beach, constantly being asked if you want to go shopping. Additionally, when you do finally get on the boat for snorkeling, you will make a stop so others can swim with sharks and sting rays. More waiting around. The staff on the boats were wonderful and fun, the actual activity was great, but the overall experience is not as advertised and a lot of our day was wasted.

As for your refund, it is what we do when the parasailing activity cannot be done. In addition, we are attentive to our clients, it is and always will be our duty as a tourist company in Punta Cana.

The parasailing was awesome! You are up there for about 10-12 minutes. Then come back to the beach where you get onto the big boat to take you snorkeling. Yes, you do have to get into the water to get to the ladder to get up into the boat but its not a big deal... they help you with your bags anyways. The snorkeling was really cool.. they give you balls of oatmeal so you can feed the fish while you are in the water... so they come all around you which was SOO awesome! One thing that lacked was the food. Excursion started at 11am pick up and we were not done until about 6 and the only snacks we were give were watermelon, pineapple and chips/salsa. So Definitely pack a lunch or snacks. The locals on the beach where you go to check in are a bit pushy and the Mama Juana bar tried ripping us off so just be careful. After snorkeling we pulled up to a beach for about 20 minutes and I felt there was a bit of wasted time on this, we mostly did it for the parasailing and snorkeling though. Also.. the music was EXTREMELY loud on the boat to where i believe they blew the sound system in the middle of the trip. (oops!)

This excursion was amazing! We checked parasailing off our bucket list, snorkeled in aqua blue water and danced on the boat to our favorite songs. The staff was extremely welcoming and fun, especially Hitson. I highly recommend

I need a refund for parasailing. I paid for this service but never got it. Was told I was gettin one but it done been a week and nothing yet. I did this activity on 4/5 and was told because of the weather I couldn’t parasailing but would receive a refund.

Parasailing is a waste but go snorkeling and partyboat

Parasailing was a mess boat shut down so we couldnt parasail. We rescheduled with guide for the next day in the morning but did not receive a Confirmation, I emailed tour comany multiple times with no response about rescheduling but waited in the lobby just in case, no driver arrived, then rescheduled again for the afternoon, driver showed up but then got lost picking up 2nd group so it took 1.5 to get to the beach to parasail for less then 5 min and wasted half our day. Do yourself a favour and just go snorkeling and party boat.

Luis and the team provided a great time and fun experience. The boat ride out to the parasailing was a bit rough and the driver let two people off at the wrong stop and they missed the excursion. Please make sure you get off the boat the same place you for on. Don’t let them tell you differently. The rest of the snorkeling was great they did lead a few out to far with the strong current but still a great time

The absolute worst experience ever!!! To start we had to swim to the boat (and I do big swim into the ocean to start the excursion). To make matters worse, I did nothing that I paid for. No snorkeling and no parasailing. The guys stated that we could not do parasailing because of the weather which it was a beautiful day out, so I was very confused. He said the only other option I had was to swim with the sharks and stingrays. We were in the middle of the ocean so we literally had to swam for about 5-10mins (depending on how good of a swimmer you are). Once we got to the place where the sharks were, all we did was look down at them for about 5 mins and it was time to go back to the dock. Once we were back at the dock, we went to another part of the ocean, where we could stand (sounds weird, but that was literally what happened). The tour guide came over with one stingray and allowed us to pet it and be against our skin for about 10 minutes. Next we got back on the boat and went to what was called a “ natural pool” (same water we’d just left if you asked me). We stayed there for about 30-40 minutes and then headed back to our original meet up spot (the middle of the ocean). When I asked the guy why we were not doing snorkeling, he stated and I quote “because of the weather”. When I asked for a refund back, I only received a partial. I’m really pissed because this excursion wasn’t even worth it the headache I had afterwards.

The small space for the dolphins broke my heart

The tour was very good, and the crew were nice. The problem was to see these beautiful animals, the dolphins, in such a small space, that broke my heart. They are inteligent, they deserve to be free and it is a cruelty with them. I understand you guys need to work, but not causing suffering for these wonderful beeings, their place is the ocean and they need to swin freely, and we don´t need the mantas massage as well. You can provide a very good tour without these terrible situation for the animals.
