If you cancel less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded.
Any changes made less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time will not be accepted.

Cut-off times are based on the experience’s local time.
This experience requires good weather. If it’s canceled due to poor weather, you’ll be offered a different date or a full refund.

Disappointed

Unfortunately I booked a 7:30am excursion due to we had other plans. They emailed me the prior day with a 9:15am pick up confirmation. I responded asking them to confirm the time they never did. Day of they picked us up after 9:30am. The scuba doo experience was great ...Tootie Fruity was phenomenal! They only had two working scuba and 10-16 people waiting to go two at a time for 20 min. They also had snorkeling available. No glass floor boat no snacks only water/beverages. However I am unable to complete my next excursions I would have passed this one up to participate with the next one. A four hour excursions from 9:30am pickup its now 2pm and we are still here. If they would have picked us up at 6am for our 7:30am excursion we would have been able to make our 3pm excursion. Very disappointing. I have asked for a refund that this is the only way to make this right! Please do not promote quality services and do not deliver. I am very disappointed in this excursion. Please give us our money back.

The company was late picking me up I wasting for them for a hour once they finally picked me up I was the only person doing the excursion apparently the other people had canceled so for my safety I refused to go alone . I was very disappointed

Once arrived at the location waited for 30 minutes without explanation. We took a smaller boat to a larger boat. Everyone began snorkeling and/or the ScubaDoob experience. After our group of 10 was done another group of 8 arrived. We could not leave until the second was done. Our group was already there for over an hour. Then we were told after the second group was done we will be taken to a glass bottom boat. I complained and the smaller boat returned to take me back to shore. The time management of this excursion could be improved.

One of the best experiences you can do in Punta Cana for a reasonable price, the van that received us on time , then we were dropped off at the beach and took a small boat to another boat then to the main boat to start the excursion. it was very fun and no experience was needed. someone is down there with you the whole time. you can take your phone as well. they only give you water. but their is a local restaurant on the beach for local food. order and pay before you go on the trip. and on time at the hotel until the boat that took us to the platform arrived, the snorkeling on the same platform where the scooter was taken, the staff were very kind to us, the moment our turn arrived, I RECOMMENDED 100%

My Husband’s Birthday Surprise

They went above and beyond. My husband has no idea of our itinerary and we had to check out of our first hotel. They held our luggage the whole duration of the excursion and dropped us off at our new hotel. They prepared a cake and sang to him and the rest of the August birthday celebrants. Thank you so much for the warm hospitality and for making my husband’s birthday so memorable.

Absolutely amazing! Guides were super friendly, we started off a little late but it was def a fun experience. We also got to do snorkeling while waiting for our turn to go in the scooter. On the way back we got snacks and a ride in the panoramic view boat!

First time snorkeling and doing the scubadoo....will definitely do it again! I am a 40 year old man and my wife is extremely afraid of fish and the ocean (that whole drowning in the abyss thing) however, she gave it a shot with me and a scuba instructor by our side and we both made it without a problem...great experience!!!

MACHINES DO NOT WORK!!!

Do not book! The machines do not work, the people are literally pushing you in the water. You can only go in groups of two or three. If you can’t swim do not do it, they don’t tell you until you get there so many people on my boat couldn’t get in, due to fear. You transfer to a lot of boats and sometimes you end up with people you don’t know. It felt like a waste of my money because it did not sell the experience in the description.

Poor experience- non English speaking throughout until you back ashore, and try and make you buy photos. The operator intimidates and refuses to take you back to the hotel until you spend money in their shops. The excursion leaves you on a floating platform for over two hours and they refuse to speak English. The scubadoo experience lasted less then 5 mins, and consisted of you being compelled todo posses for photos. Complete waste of time and money

Not worth the cost.

My experience ok this tour was too bad. It was a few hours excusion. We only get 10 minutes underwater with the scuba machine. They only had 3 machines so everyone just takes turns waiting for each other. Most of the time you're on the boat or in the transportation van. Staff members were friendly along with our transportation driver. Most of them spoke alittle English. Photos cost $35 usd if you want to purchase them. Overall, not the best excusion, not really worth the money you spend but it is an experience if you never been.

It's something different but not worth the price. You're under water for literally 10 mins. That's all. The rest of the time you're waiting for everyone else to have a turn. The scuba person with you under water is guiding you where to go, your not driving by yourself. They take pics that low quality. We never received our pictures. Although it was only $35 for the pics it's the principal that we never got. They haven't answered the phone or responded to any messages.

Save your money find a different company for scuba

This is an HONEST REVIEW: I thought from the pictures it would be completely different than what we experienced. They have you get into the water and you have to drive under the helmet attached to the scooter. This made my daughter panic going under water like that so they had no other chose but to bring the medicine up, which in my belief that should be AUTOMATIC especially for children. Then you’re only pressing the propeller button while they have divers push the machine. So there’s no self driving it’s attached to a Bowie, you only go a few feet from the boat take pictures and go back to the point. It wasn’t worth the money spent when there’s other scuba or scooter companies that give you more. I wouldn’t recommend it and my daughter whose 10 was disappointed as well.

The best experience I’ve had while traveling anywhere. They made me feel very safe as I cannot swim. It was beautiful underneath the ocean, I was able to see lots of fish. I would definitely recommend it and I plan to do it again when I return to D.R.

Great excursion. Snorkelling was amazing and the “scubadoo” was a unique and fine experience. Done every excursion over the many years of travelling to DR. This was definitely a fun one!
