We are really sorry that you were unable to experience your Milford Sound + Cruise flight with us, which was cancelled due to weather on the 29th December. Please note: weather conditions in Milford Sound can be very different to that experienced in Queenstown and for this reason we cancelled a total of 6 Milford flights on that day.
I have checked our records to get a better understanding of your booking. Our team spoke with you on the phone on the morning of the 29th December, confirming the flight cancelation and assisted in moving your booking to the next available date which was the 3rd January. You were then emailed the new booking details to ensure you had the updated information. The following day you contacted us via email and cancelled your booking due to a conflicting activity bookings. This was not a problem, we immediately cancelled your booking and processed a full refund through your booking agent.
For this reason, we have been trying to contact you to understand your comments regarding “cancelling yet again”, because it does not align with our records of your booking experience. We are sorry that you have gone away with a negative experience, but we would appreciate if you could reply to our emails, so we can understand your concerns and correctly address them.
