We’ve done a fair bit of travelling but this experience was AMAZING! The scenery is some of the most breathtaking you will see. Our pilot Alfie was fantastic and very skilled showing us some key spots. My only suggestion would be to suggest to the others in the group to rotate in the helicopter so everyone gets a turn in the front seat. As front seat has the best views. Would do it again without a doubt!

Fantastic trip. Will our Pilot was great, landing on the glacier was a great experience. The weather was beautiful for the Milford Sound and we even saw a pod of dolphins. Highly recommended.

This was a magnificent experience! Luke was a wonderful pilot, guide and host all in one. This was the best experience of our lives! Highly recommend - if money is the constraint I would take my entire budget and use it on this excursion! Thank you Luke for fulfilling a lifetime dream!

What and amazing experience we had! Our helicopter pilot was extremely friendly, professional and knowledgeable. He made everyone feel very comfortable and gave us a very smooth flight to Milford Sound. The cruise on Milford Sound was absolutely beautiful, we even made it out into the Tasman Sea because the weather was so perfect. The scenery during both the flight and the cruise are mindblowing, definitley a must do if you are in the area.

I highly recommend this tour! It's worth it for the views over the mountains, landing on a glacier, and the boat cruise. We saw porpoises, seals, and spectacular waterfalls. Our pilot, Will, was excellent and had great information about the area geography and wildlife!

Our trip. Was cancelled yet again. Perfect weather but the company couldn't do the flight. This was the 5th time our milford trip was changed meaning we missed out. No communication of the issue until arriving and no apology. We could of tried to book another company had we known. Very disappointed

Please note: weather conditions in Milford Sound can be very different to that experienced in Queenstown and for this reason we cancelled a total of 6 Milford flights on that day. I have checked our records to get a better understanding of your booking. Our team spoke with you on the phone on the morning of the 29th December, confirming the flight cancelation and assisted in moving your booking to the next available date which was the 3rd January. You were then emailed the new booking details to ensure you had the updated information. The following day you contacted us via email and cancelled your booking due to a conflicting activity bookings. This was not a problem, we immediately cancelled your booking and processed a full refund through your booking agent. For this reason, we have been trying to contact you to understand your comments regarding “cancelling yet again”, because it does not align with our records of your booking experience. We are sorry that you have gone away with a negative experience, but we would appreciate if you could reply to our emails, so we can understand your concerns and correctly address them.
