The tour was scheduled to commence at 1 pm, and regrettably, we couldn't accommodate your late call to our office, particularly considering the absence of the necessary entrance tickets at that time. Additionally, despite our attempts to reach you through numerous calls and messages, we didn't receive a response, which further complicated the situation. As a responsible tour company, punctuality and adherence to schedules are paramount to ensure the smooth operation of our tours for all participants.
Despite this initial setback, I'm pleased to hear that you managed to find a capable and knowledgeable substitute guide who ensured you still had an enjoyable experience, even though the national park itself doesn't provide guides.
