      When we arrived they didn’t seem to be expecting us. The beach access was next to the resort and was very crowded. We each had 3 beers but when we requested bottled water they never brought it. Asked again and they said our ticket had been closed out. We had the whole fried fish and it was over cooked and dry.

      We are sorry that the tour did not went as expecting . We are open to any suggestions that will help us improve . That being said : we were on call until your party of four arrive to tour destinations where they were walked strait to the pool and giving beach chairs and beach towels . This packages includes the following All you can drink rum ponches Local beer and water this packages is for four hours after the four hours is up the packages will be close .. Guest is welcome to stay at the resort and open a personal tab after that an stay the rest of the the day at their own cost Driver will pick up and drop off at the time requested by the guest The tour is a four hour tour witch mean after four hours the package deal is close and guest are welcome to stay for the rest of the day We will take in considerations your feed back … Thank you

      This was disappointing. They did but have anyone waiting for us. Had to call to get our transportation. Waited a little over an hour. Resort was tiny. Were not prepared for us at all. Told us where the pool was and that there were a few tables to sit at. We sat down and received no service, although there were three laid around the bar/ kitchen area. I had to go get menus, and then finally had to ask for service. Then after the small breakfast we had we sat and watched the surf until about 10:30 and asked for cocktails and was told that the bar doesn't open until noon. So, there we are not able to use the pool, no drinks, no sun, etc.... the weather of course was but their fault but all the rest was. We left early. We filed and asked for 50% refund and received it from Viator. So all in all not a good experience. They need to study up on what "ALL Inclusive" means when it comes to resorts. They need help.

      We Sincerely apologies about the situation . We do ask our guest to leave pick up time so we have our driver there for them on time . Roads are super busy on cruise ship days witch makes it super difficult when guest don’t responds with their pick up time before the day of arrival We like feed back as it helps improve Again we apologies things never went as expected
