Please exit ship as soon as it ports and our driver will be waiting for you. Please be sure to review the port instructions emailed to you upon confirmation in order to locate your driver. Be aware that there are two ports on Roatan (Port of Roatan in Coxen Hole and Mahogany Bay)

You can cancel up to 24 hours in advance of the experience for a full refund.

For a full refund, you must cancel at least 24 hours before the experience’s start time.
If you cancel less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded.
Any changes made less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time will not be accepted.

Cut-off times are based on the experience’s local time.
This experience requires good weather. If it’s canceled due to poor weather, you’ll be offered a different date or a full refund.

West Bay Divers was amazing!!! Very prompt and professional! Dive guide Peter had everything covered from equipment setup to thorough pre-dive briefings to pointing out interesting life during the dive to rinsing our equipment post-dive. Captain Alex expertly maneuvered the boat in very busy surroundings and we felt confident and safe at all times. Highly recommend this shop to anyone diving in Roatán and we will be back!

Great experience, beautiful dive!

The team at West Bay Divers are great! They made sure the entire experience went smooth - from transportation, to getting the equipment set up, to picking some beautiful dive spots. We were visiting from a cruise ship, and they made sure we were back on time. Special shout out to our awesome dive master Mekela and boat captain Alex. Will definitely use this shop again when we're back in Roatan!

Special shoutout to these guys if you’re visiting on a cruise ship. They are very aware of your schedule and even went out of their way to make sure we made it back to our ship with plenty of time

Megan was a great dive leader from the moment we showed up to the moment we left. There were only two of us on the dive boat and she picked two great locations. Alex our boat captain did a great job transporting us to and from the dive sites. The ver all great experience and would recommend to other future divers.

My husband and I were looking for an excursion that was a dive/snorkel combo. My husband's dive master (from Iowa) was attentive and ensured everyone's comfort and safety. They take care of setting up all your equipment on the boat and you just suit up right before the dive.

This was my second dive trip with West Bay Divers. Did this trip six months ago and it was so good just had to come back. The pre trip communication is professional and the transportation was exactly as described making the trip to the shop easy and relaxing. At the shop the staff if super friendly and on point. The thing I like about WestBay divers is the never have more than 4 divers in a group!! The previous day with another vendor I was in a group of 10 and it sucked When I got on the boat found out I was the only one on the dive and was with Maygan. She was an awesome dive guide and super friendly. Over the course of our two dives she pointed out the spectacular wildlife in this area of the MesoAmerica reef. Do yourself a favor and dove with West Bay Divers they do divi g right!

Great dive experience the entire time with a friendly crew. My son needed some refresher instructions since it had been 6 years since his last dive; no problem. Good rental equipment, easy walk to the boat. Transportation from and back to the cruse ship was well arranged. Highly recommended.

West Bay Divers gets two thumbs up from us! Mayghan, Bastion, and Juan were awesome. Everyone at the shop was friendly and efficient. The equipment was great and they made it easy for us to do 2 scuba dives as well as snorkeling for others. The driver was waiting at the port for us and got us back in plenty of time for ship departure. The photos and video were beautiful, and I could not be happier with the entire experience. Highly Recommended!

Ava was a great scuba guide and gave my wife and I a wonderful underwater tour. The boat and captain were also very nice. We will definitely use West Bay Divers again when we return to Roatan, and request Ava if she is available.

The dive was good. We cruised along several reef islands. The guides could have done a better job pointing out wildlife. The guides just lead the dive around the reef without much interacting.

It was a bit of a walk to find our driver from the cruise port. Once we found our driver, he took us to the dive site as he narrated our trip. He was very informative. We checked in at the dive site with Angel. Yvonne was our guide for the day and she prepared all of our equipment. The gear was decent and she was spot on with providing appropriate amount of weights (integrated in BC). We took a very short walk (maybe a hundred yards) to the water where a boat was waiting for us. We had a small group which was fantastic (only 7 of us). The captain took us to two different sites on the reef. The reef was very healthy and we saw many different species of fish, corals, lobster, urchin, ray, and a turtle! Yvonne was a fantastic guide! I will dive with West Bay Divers again! On our way back to our ship, our driver was very accommodating and took us to see the monkey/sloth/bird sanctuary. We were the only ones there and were able to interact with the capuchin and spider monkeys, scarlet macaws, and the sloths. What an incredible experience! Thank you Juan Carlos, Angel, and Yvonne!
