    After looking at a few different choices and leaving it very last minute we came across Paulos cooking class but damn I’m glad we did!! Paulo was an incredible host, full of laughter as well as some amazing skills which we learnt. The food was incredible afterwards also, would 120% recommended!

    Loved Paolo and his teaching for a group is personal, inclusive and full of culinary tips. His humor made the experience amazing! As a teacher myself, his approach was professional at the highest level.

    The cooking class exceeded my expectations. Our chef was so knowledgeable and patient. She did a wonderful job demonstrating and instructing us about making tiramisu and fettuccine. We enjoyed the fruits of our labor. It was delicious.

    We joined Paolo's cooking class with our kids (aged 7years-14years) and Grannie and the whole family had a great time and learnt a lot too. Paolo was a great teacher and made the lesson fun and relaxed. Our group was a mixture of families, couples and solo travellers, everyone was included and having a good giggle together as we cooked. The restaurant was easy to find and in a lovely location with great atmosphere. The experience was great fun and a nice activity to break up the shopping and sight seeing for the kids. The class was good value especially since we had a lovely meal to eat at the end!

    It wound up just being myself and my 2 boys (ages 8 and 11) for a lunchtime cooking class and it was definitely at the top of our list of our favorite things we did! Paolo was fun, patient, engaging, and gave us lots of great information about making pasta and tiramisu. It was such a wonderful experience!

    10/10 experience. The atmosphere was great, and the energy of Paolo was contagious. We were lucky and it was just the 3 of us in the class. My husband who isn’t a fan of pasta in the states couldn’t get over how amazing our homemade pasta was here. Would recommend for everyone.

    I booked the class with paolo for myself and my two daughters who are 11 and 7. We were the only ones in that particular group and we had a great time! Paolo was brilliant with the girls, he was very informative and helpful at every stage. Our final meal was delicious! We’re looking forward to using our new skills at home! Thank you! I would highly recommend.

    Best class and the instructor made it fun. A group of girls joined it was one of the girls bachelorette trip and he took the time to teach them in Spanish and me in English I was very impressed. He is very hands on and patient. I went alone and he made me feel welcome and so did the girls even though there was a bit of a language barrier I was there best friend by the end of the night I felt the same way about them. I would recommend this class to anyone after the class I feel like I know how to make pasta on my own. Also tiramisu. Highly recommend to anyone so many tips and he takes the time to teach you and is truly passionate. It wasn’t too busy tonight but I imagine in the off season it’s packed so book ahead of time.

    Intimate group with plenty of supervision and help. Lots of tips given too! Location was a bit hard to find in the dark but a friendly neighbor of the restaurant helped.

    Paolo is fantastic. So friendly, helpful, and patient. Gave us great tips to take home with us. Our teenager enjoyed it a lot too. Definitely recommend.

    The class was great. Initially we were supposed to do the morning class, but we were contacted that there were not enough people and we were added to the early afternoon class. Total participants was 10....all other 8 people were their own group - but they included us very graciously. Good instructions, patient instructor. Tiramisu was excellent! It was fun making our own fettucine. My only complaint was that we did not necessarily get our own fettucine. They were all collected and I guess there really wasn't any way to keep them separated so that they went to their "creator" chef. It only bothered me because I don't like large fettucine noodles and I purposely made mine really thin....but ended up with larger noodles. Great experience! Good food......still waiting on my tiramisu recipe though.....

    This was such a fun Rome experience! I am definitely not much of a cook, but they made it so easy to participate and helped to make sure we couldn’t get too off track. I would definitely recommend it!

    We loved the cooking class we took! Our head chef was very informative and knew a lot about what we were making. It was fun and I reactive. The pasta at the end was delicious! It was a great addition to our Rome trip.

    Absolutely wonderful experience!! We chose this class based on the great reviews and we are glad we did!! Paolo was wonderful!!! He made us laugh and kept us all engaged the whole time!! We met some great people there as well. I can’t recommend this class enough!! It is a must do in Rome!!!
