This pasta and tiramisu cooking class was an excellent choice for us! It was hosted by IQook and is apparently run through the IQook hotel in Rome, near Termini. The class was small - we were told they have a limit of 12 per class. This makes it easy for the instructor to provide personal attention, which Danielo did. We made both fettuccine, which was served with a red sauce, and ravioli, which was served with a simple butter sauce. I have to say, that ravioli was my favorite and was by far the best pasta we ate during our 5 days in Rome!! Im craving it right now!! We also made some delicious tiramisu, which we ate for dessert. Our instructor was Danielo, and he was so good. He spoke great English, and had a couple of assistants there to help him with serving, cleaning up, etc. This experience was very well organized and the venue was extremely clean. I noticed when Dani cooked our pasta, he did each group separately so you knew you were eating your own pasta. For instance, he cooked mine and my husband's pasta together and served us, then went on to the next family/group. I really appreciated the time and care to do this, and he was able to do so because of it being a small group. Dani catered to every one of us during the class. There were two teenagers and two younger kids in our class, and I felt it was an excellent experience for them as well. Regarding drinks, we had prosecco, wine, and Lemoncello, which were all high quality beverages. The kids and those who did not drink were offered other options - they were not ignored! Overall, there was so much food, I could not eat it all, and we had a really fun time as well. I researched a lot of options for this tour, and I'm so glad I picked this one!! The value for the cost was very high. You will not regret doing this experience!
